How many play CS online at a time? (Xbox Live)

I was curious if a big amount of people play Counter-Strike online for the Xbox. I had RTCW and that seemed to have a healthy share of gamers back in the day, and I am wondering if CS for the Xbox has a good number of players participating.

50? 100? Couple hundred? Couple thousand?

The number is never really a constant (all depends on when you're playing), but I can tell you there are usually more people playing it online via PC then on Live via Xbox.

Theres alot of players on CS. 53,000 for starters.Most of my friends are playing PGR2,RB6/3,CS, i see Je***night Ac,TopSpin,RTCW,and the espn games sprinkled around

There are 53,000 people playing CS for the Xbox? Whoa that is a success!

Ya know, considering like 80,000 people are playing it now for the PC and that is the most played game on the PC by far.

You fool.. Ive played counter strike everyday I could since I got it 2 months ago.. It is teh bestest. I love that game. Unlimited fun of FPS...*drool

As many of you know I have been hella-fied addicted to Everquest lately, but before this addiction began Counterstrike was the only game I was playing on XBL. Old? Yes. But it is still successful today because it is so much fun to play (much like EQ)
