I have tried and tried to get through that part where you grab ahold of the car and then jump the bridge but I can't do it. Can someone help?

this is so easy just try to either let go eariler or go on the other side of the car!!!!

Yeah, i had some problems with it too but it just takes practice. Read 100% and think about what the mission is and then right when you get to the bridge let go and head towards the bridge and you will get it sooner or later. It just takes practice.
