whats so special about them?
Yeah, my friedn showed me these a long time ago. There interactive maps of vice city and they show you were all the jumps, secret packages, rampages, properties, and such are. On the one I saw, if you put the mouse over one of the spots, it shows a pic from the game of the actual spot the item is, pretty cool. Its really useful for people trying to get 100% completion, but need a likkle help hur hur.
Well i mean if you want to get 100% it will halp those people.

I have got 100% completion on VC. A little bit too late I'm afraid. And I was having a hard time finding those packages.
Easy to pick up, hard to put down.
