Simpsons road rage mystery charachter

Does anyone know how to unlock the mystery charachter in road rage? on the character select screen, he is represented by a grey box with a question mark in it. I've finished the game (got $1,000,000 and finished all the missions) but still don't have access.

that character spot comes available on holidays. set your x box clock to christmas, newyears, thanksgiving, halloween. and you will be able to play one of the existing characters with a holiday car.
