Sony Rules, sorry if i offended you mate, don't have anything against sony, or sony fans in general, its just brainless idiots like "x-player" over at the msxbox board who get my goat - probably all consoles attract the same % of idiots, its just there are more playstation owners than anything else, so the sony fans who are idiots tend to show up more often...
personally, i don't like any one system more than any other, i've got a ps, n64, dc, gameboy, neo geo pocket colour, and a kick ass gaming pc, and i'll probably get a ps2 next year, if a) i can afford it, b) there are some decent games for it (what i've seen so far hasn't really impressed me, but give it a whil and i'm sure there'll be some good stuff) and c) it's actually available in decent quantities (which at the moment is looking less and less likely in this country[uk]). I'll get a gamecube (can't wait to see zelda on it!) and an xbox as well, with the same provisos as above...
Hey arhra, welcome.
We actually have fans of many systems here. Personally I like most systems, especially PlayStation 2. But I'm not bashing any system - especially not the Xbox (which would be pretty stupid considering this is a Xbox forum).
But I think you'll like it here. It's not too often you find a board like this where you can post your opinions in a decent matter, without getting flamed for it.

Even if we don't get many bashers, or they are moderated, there is still going to be a number of toddlers and/or idiots who spam the same simple questions and comments over and over again.
There is no way to maintain a large number of intelligent people with something as popular as video games. We should just cherish these last few moments of obscurity..
