as long as you have full health and sheild, you wont die from just one granade, but if the plasma is stuck to you, you will =)...

i've even looked strait down and through a plasma grenade (they dont bounce) and it blew, but i didn't die.... pretty neat watching your screen turn all blue.

Humm, I have a friend who is "grenade happy" and likes to decorate me with Plasma Grenades, but I never die, I only lose all my shield and all my life except one red bar...
