You should just convert to the S while you still can.
you just have to look around and stuff like check your local store. but more than likely they won't have them

so you'll have to get them used.
    The media needs another blackout.

Yeah, definetly convert. I did for Halo 2, just incase my last big controller broke. It only took about 10-15 hours of playing to get used to the S-controller.

    10-15 HOURS... dang...

I'm glad I converted early on. It only took maybe 2 or 3 hours to be use to the S-controller for me. But I did convert early on. I converted because the face buttons on the duke hurt my thumb. I like the flatter face buttons on the S-controller.

Yep, Ive been using the big one since X-mas 2001 until 2-3 months ago. My only problem that took some getting used to was the black and white buttons and the start and back buttons. The A, B, X and Y buttons were alittle off also, but nothing too drastic.

Did you see this one on ebay? It's use, but the guy says only once, and he has all the original packing still.

    1. I don't. I changed to S because I like the button layout alot better.
    2. try Gamestop/FuncoLand or EBGames, our stores around here have a bunch, but it doesn't seem to be the way everywhere else.

Just convert. It will save a lot of hassle in the long run and the S is a fine controller.
