    A very large screen.

And a Klipsch Reference 6.1 system.

It is cool to see a lot more people playing on some nice systems now.

I have no idea what size my TV is. 27", maybe. It's big. Picture is decent. No surround sound or anything. Still, good enough for me.

Now Rootshell, tell 'em about the Zenith monitor we used to XBC on.

Yeah. If you have component in, use it! You'll notice colors on the screen you'd have never seen before! Also, in games like Splinter Cell, it's looking more black and bright than in standard.
Composite is leagues over S-vid. S-vid is much better over standard.

Instead of talkin about it, im gonna show you it. Also i want to put my new digital camera to work.

This is my baby... The Philips 46" widescreen HDTV. It looks sweet in motion. The audio is DD 5.1 surround optical. You really get a feel for it when i play full spectrum warrior and the explosions scare the S.H.I.T. out of my daughter, but she still sit there to watch me play). Also when i play espn baseball, and you hear the fans heckling the batter from behind me, and the umps calls the balls and strikes from behind me. Also notice the FAMU diploma in the upper left hand corner. Rattler Strike!!!!

i think i got most of you beat
Toshiba 57" widescreen 1080i CRT rear projection HDTV
5.1 surround sound system (Rear chanel speakers are my dad's speakers since he's had since high-school. The only thing he's ever done is replace the tweeter...and they sound great)
Component video via Xbox HD-AV kit + Fiber optic hookup to reciever
+ $70 logitech wireless xbox controller

Only 1 problem. Non-progressive scan/ high-def games (including pandora tomorrow look like s***. So does regular tv. Damn i have to get some high-def programming)

Bostwick, while that is a nice system, I think Lynxfx has everyone beat here....perhaps, Hugh_Jass is his only rival...but, that's about it. There's nothing like the Mile High Theatre... One of these days, Lynxfx will invite me over

As for me, I play on my 50" Widescreen HDTV manufactured by Toshiba. I have a 600 Watt 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround Sound...XBox is connected with the Monster 400 series Component Video cables and the proprietery Monster Optical Cable for the surround sound.

My next TV will be a digital projector like Lynxfx...I'm thinking about adding on to my house to make an exclusive home theatre...but, that will be a few years from now.

The only problem I have with projectors: they are either decent/portable or nice/nonportable. Plus, most of them dont look too good with the lights on...

Yeah, i would get a projector, but the windows in my tv room let in too much ambient light so a projector would not be the best idea. Oh well, i can always dream
