    Default marks on my games

    i dont know why but my xbox scraches and makes these marks on my games.
    it didnt before but its kinda bulls*** when i buy a new game and i pull it out and its all scrached up. whats wrong with it?
    my xbox is a year old and has been played for more than 6 hours a day, and its been acting wiered lately, takeing a long time to load, saveing take a while, had the service screen 2 times this last month. is it going to die on me with halo 2 just around the corner?
