    Default OutRun 2....anyone excited?

i was just reading the new OXM and just heard about this game. I used to love the orginal arcade game, so obviously this peaked my interest. the more i read the preview, the more i can't wait to play this game! granted the graphics aren't as great as other racing games, but this is an arcade racing game, its object is to be fast and fun, not accurate. by the sound of the article its gonna be jammed packed with features too: 15+ tracks, mission mode, time trials, and most importantly...XBL Playable!!

i can't wait to watch the video on the demo disc...im sure it will make me want this game even more

I loved the orginal, and Turbo Outrun 2, but the third one stank.

I'm not so sure about this one. With PGR2 out and Forza on it's way, I might be done wtih driving games.

It's gonna be fun that's for sure, it's great to see old classics brought up into todays gaming. Xbox Live play on this will be awesome. I can't wait.

This, and Burnout 3, will be my first two racing games for my XBox console. I was planning to purchase PGR2 quite some time ago, but never got around to it.

Sega will be recieving a lot of my cash by the time this generation of consoles is over. I still have yet to buy Panzer Dragoon Orta, Shenmue 2, Sonic Heroes, and releasing this fall, Otogi 2. Quality gaming.

I'll have to hear more, there's enough high-quality racers to keep me busy for a long time.

Yes, I am very excited for Outrun 2. I was wanting the game ever since I heard it was in development on the Xbox arcade board. I read an article in GMR that AM2 wasn't going to bring it to Xbox, but Sega of Europe decided to bring it to Xbox and have another developer do the home version. I know that I'll be buying the game. I loved Outrun year ago.

that was one of my favourite driving game for years. i know i'm dating myself but as i recal that was one of the first arcade games where you sat in it and it would move around as you drove. i alway liked that you could pick your driving music too... i bought a sega master system :P so i could play the first home version - man i can't wait... and i will be listening for that original music hehe
