Racing Reccomendations?

Long time viewer, not so much poster...

Anyways I was playing Gran Turismo for like 5 hours over at a friends place the other day and was wondering if XBOX had any racing games like that where you race for cash then spend it on new vheciles or upgrades.

Any reccommendations would be great. Thanks

I think it's a great game + you can play online (not many people are usually online)

yeah, PGR2 runs on the same kind of formula... but it plays more user friendly and less sim than GT... graphics are even better in pgr2 though and it has online play to boot...

some other recomendations:

Toca race driver2
Forza motersport (out in a few months)
Rallysport challenge 2
outrun 2 (really fun game, but very arcade)

and thats really the cream of the bunch!

2002 should be dirt cheap but Online is an updated 2002 with more cars and tracks i think. i know it has more cars. so hopefully u can find one dirt cheap...dont spend much on the game tyhough cos u will beat it relitively soon. perphaps just enough time to pikup forza.
