Accually Rainbow Six: BA has teams and the newly released Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory has teams too.The only Tom Clancy game with "Teams" online is ghost recon 2.

Let's see here. SC:PT, SC:CT, GR2, RS3, RS3:BA, and I believe the 2 original ghost recon games had teams.
Um.... How bout they all do? Splinter cell Spies vs. Mercs, Rainbow Terrorists vs. Army, and GR2.
