XBOX Live Splitter...Scam?

This website reviewed a splitter that came from http://www.xlivechat.com. However, when you try to go to that website, you will find that it does not work. There is another xlivechat at this address ( http://www.hrdowden.com/xlivechat ). Is this the original xlivechat? Or is it someone who is trying to scam people out of their money using paypal? I have ordered the splitter, but have yet to receive it, and the so-called "owner" will not return any emails. Anyone have any information on this? Im currently talking to paypal about my situation.

Sounds kind of like a scam/fraud to me... but who knows... how long ago did you order it?

Hey guys, thanks for the replies. Still not sure whether not it's a scam or not, but like you said...it doesnt look good. Paypal hasnt gotten back to me yet, so we'll see. I'll keep you all informed.

And btw..if you want a splitter so that you and your guests can talk, you can build one by viewing this site... http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/c...r-splitter.php . It works for me and my bro.

Ok..Update..
I just got an e-mail from the owner. He had supposedly been sick all last week with the flu. And the package will be shipped out Tuesday. I can understand a person gets sick, but I don't think that it's very professional to keep customers lost. I'll update again if and when I receive the package.

So well, about the leaves falling out..I wouldnt be suprised lol. My advice would be to build your own and NOT work with xlivechat. But it doesn't sux that I got my money back from paypal.
