New Perfect Dark Zero Details

Those who remember N64 shooter Perfect Dark with fondness may be interested to know that some new screenshots for the forthcoming Xbox 360 sequel, Perfect Dark Zero, have emerged on developer fansite Rare-Extreme.

Posted by a forum user, they are said to be grabs from the single-player game mode and feature some interesting-looking Metroid-style spiders. Hmm.

Rare has been careful to keep the game under wraps so far, but now the first few details are starting to emerge - including news that all the weapons will feature primary and secondary functions, and you’ll be able to hold up to four at a time.

We’re also told you can sneak up on enemies and nick their weapons right out of their hands. And then turn said weapons on their previous owners, neatly.

Perfect dark souonds more and more cool everytime i read something about it. The disarm thing has been there since perfect dark one though.

Perfect Dark was one of the most innovative and fun games I ever played period. I thought at the time that the use of bots there were somewhat smart and the fly-by-wire rockets, and laptop gun were some of the cooler game elements I had seen. I also loved the lvl layouts. I think this game will own.

So the multiplayer will be able to play with 50 people if im not mistaken. IF it's 25 on 25 wouldn't it be hard to hear what anyone has to say? Everyone would be talking at the same time. I mean 8 on 8 is already hetic.

Im sure they'll find a way to control it.

they said there'll be different channels so yuo can break up into squads, but you can all join the same channel if you want.

Anybody read the EGM talking about looks cool except multiplayer is basicly gonna be strictly XBL because there are only 5 maps all of which are mosterous
