I entered my pin last night, and I'm wondering if you are allowed to enter the number for different draw times?

You can only enter it once. Save them up, and strategically enter them at a certain time on a certain day. like say set your alarm for 4am, gather up all your pins, and enter them. Get like 100-200 and go for it. I have everyone here in my office sending me their pins, as well as family and friends. If i win it, I'm going to donate it to the children's wing of my local Hospital.

Yeah, it explains on the site... It's printed on the inside of 280g Dorito bags, behind the labels of 2L pepsi's and printed on the inside of pepsi 12 packs.
