The New Laziness Button...

As most of us know, the X360 is going to have a button that you can use to shut off the system from your couch. I was always told that you should never power down an xbox without taking out the disc first. Will this defeat the purpose of the laziness button? or have they made it so that the 360 will not go bad if a disc is always in it? I dont know if this is answerable at this time, but it just crossed my mind last night.

I power down my Xbox with discs in all the time. No harm done. That warning is there just to cover Microsoft's ass just in case.

Yea don't worry about that man. It won't (or shouldn't at least) cause you any damage.

You can leave a disc in your system without worry. Just take it out if you're going to move the system around.

i personally cant wait to use the lazy button they included..i always leave my disc inside anyway.....especially since ninja gaiden black is the only game i wanna play at the moment...although that warning is always in the back of my mind everytime i shut it down.
