silent hill 2 help...

i'm playing silent hill 2 through on "hard" puzzle level, and i'm stuck. i'm at the electronically locked door to the patient wing in the hospital. i can't figure out the code for the door though.

the memo portaining to the door says something like "This week the code is 'T', last week it was 'X', and the week before that it was 'Z'. What will it be next, that's all they can do with 4 numbers."

any ideas. it's my second time through the game, and i wasn't expecting to get stumped at all.

Right now i'm playing through Silent Hill 2 on Normal.
Now I am in the second apartment building and I don't
know what order to put those stupid coins in, in that
little cabinet thing. I skipped the clues because I thought
the coins where supposed to go in the same way as on easy
and now I forgot where all the clues where. What's the order?
