play n charge kit not working

hey all,

when i plug in my play n charge kit the light goes red...stays on for like 15 secs..goes green..for 5.......goes off...

so i figurre maybe it come fully charged when you buy it new.. so i disconnect it and the controller turns off and wont turn back on till i connect the play n charge kit again...then the same thing happens. red light for 15, green for 5, off.

it says that it wont charge damaged battery packs so im thinking maybe it was damaged b4 i bought it?

i bought it yesterday. brand new.

anyone else had this problem?

Take it back and get a new setup. The red light should stay on until the unit is charged.

I'm with Hedao, you just bought it bring it back for an exchange. Even without a reciept you can exchange it for the same item without a problem.
