Every time I try to join a room it says that the connection timed out. And every time I host a room someone complains that then can't get in. What's the problem and how can I fix it?

Every time I try to join a room it says that the connection timed out. And every time I host a room someone complains that then can't get in. What's the problem and how can I fix it?
Possible things you need to fix:
You have a firewall.
You need to forward your ports.
You need a different or more compatible router (If you are using a router)
Go to XBconnect.com and go to the Help section. Good luck.

I already did foward my ports and it still won't work. Also when I log in it says "No Open Adapter" even though it can dtect my XBOX. What's the problem now?
