Default confused. HD av pack help

    hey guys.

i want to buy the xbox high definition AV pack but it seems like there's two different kinds? Are they both the same? What's the deal here?

one seems to come with 2 different parts and another seems to be just one cord. Does it really matter which one I get?

ones first party the other is thrid party... I always get first part stuff becuase it tends to be better quality, you also have to pay more. Just make sure its not a madcatz HD pack because their vid accessories are garbage

i don't think it's third party. judging from this picture here and the description from the ebay listing, i think it's made by xbox. here's a pic from xbox.com

When I had my xbox the component cable was 2 seperate peices. You just can see it for the package. It had the part that pluged into the xbox and then the cables were seperate incase you wanted to use better ones...or in my case I bought it just for the optical audio output.
I've seen the second type of cable before and its third party. You best to got to a store like eb and look for them to make sure
