Phillips Drive trouble

Hey all, having some trouble with my phillips drive, and cant afford to replace it. Instead of Making the "whirr" noise when the disc spins when you put it in, i get a clicking noise and a "dirty disc" error. has anybody else had this problem, what is it, and is it fixable?

not much you can do outside of replacing it. im not sure how much samsung drives run for these days, but it cant be much. i as lucky, my xbox came with a samsung
