dont qoute me on this but my sis was reading the paper (shes 23) and she saw that it said its gonna be banned in canada. it was rated the most vilonte game in Canada. so im not sure ill try finding a link

I really doubt this, it would be banned in the states before Canada, Canada doesn't usually ban anything like that. Movies that are cut or censored in the states are almost always released uncut in Canada.

There was one place they banned it but I cant remember. It was like New Zealand or something. THats BS. I think they should let all the people that arent pshycos that are gonna go around killing everyone play the game rseponsibly. Its A SWEEET A** GAME

If this game comes out for the xbox and you really want it, you will find a way to get it.

P.S It is coming out!! (they confirmed it atleast twice), and people still don't bealieve it! Sheesh!

Wouldnt it be impossible to fully ban a game in one area? I mean canada is the same region as the US, so you could easilly buy it on ebay...and same thing if they banned it in a certain state...you probably couldnt buy it from a place like ebgames.com, but nothing would stop you from half.com and ebay! But didnt Rockstar release a less violent version for the PS2? Wouldnt they release the less violent version on the XBox then?

it's not being banned in canada :P there hasn't been a game so violent that has been banned from North american... well, maybe that one fighting game (it has sexual references)

yea, the name of it was thrill kill, it was for the psx, it wasnt banned, it just never came out, the company that started it handed it over to a different company, and they thought that it was too violent and never released it. but i got it from irc, its a pretty cool game

I work in a video game store in canada and we havent heard anything about its being banned
the stupid thing about all this talk about banning now is no group in its right mind will even bother banning it since its been on top of the charts for months now
all the damage it has to do its already done, banning a product near the end of its life is useless, its not like they can ban it and make all the ppl who bought it give it back
if a game is going to be banned its going to be banned before it hits the streets or RIGHT after its release

yea, but even if it doesnt come out, or is banned right before it comes out, people will still get it, people still got thrill kill, and that game never came out in stores
