With the release of Forza 2 upon us, I decided to make a thread dedicated to custom paint job pics. I don't have the game yet, but here are some pics of what you can do:

I made a great XBA car on the original Forza, should have took some shots of it.

I need to learn to read. Thought you made 'em... but still, amazing detail.

well, instead of 100 layers like in forza 1 you get like 1000 in forza 2. the custom paintjobs are the only thing to me that give this game anything, and it isnt enough for me warrant it a purchase.

but i might rent it just to fool with the paintjobs

I am still improving this beast. Here are my last pics of it. Since then I added riveted pieces of metal over one fender and added more dirt/rust. It still needs some work and I need to take some better pics but until there, here is my level 5 American Muscle car laying some rubber....

And after intentionally hitting a couple of walls the car looks even better...

Hey Silent. I have seen you on a few times. I have yet to do any races online. Just doing the career mode for now. We need to hook up and do some racing some time.

By the way, your links do not work. The forza.net site does not allow you to link pics. You need to save them to your favorite photo host site and link from there.

I'm up for a race! I'm just playing career mode as well and designing different cars. Thanks for the tutorial, didn't know I couldn't link from there website.

I redid the whole car, I think I'm done with this design:

I want to make a few more custom paint jobs, I want one for Mortal Kombat, Halo 3, Forza 2 and Gears of War.

BTW i still don't see how you guys do some of those designs. I haven't gotten to much into the decals etc.. I mostly like the sleak race look of paint jobs. Low to the ground,racing stripes, black rims with big tires etc etc

I'm not nearly as creative as most these people doing these awesome cars... but I'm trying.. and of course I picked South Park.. 1.) it's the best show 2.) it's fairly simple to do...
