My new xbox rarely loads up games on first try....

xbox sucks ass.........the cd player wines up a few time then it stops and says "your xbox can not recognize the disc. please make shure it's an xbox game a dvd movie, or audio cd. also check to see if the disc is dirty or damaged . remove the disc to continue. " i got this with every xbox game, the games have no skratches on them they are brand new ...i have blood wake,PGR, halo and madden 2002, madden is the only one with skratches ... after a few trys the xbox will recognize it but it takes a while...is anybody else having these problems??? should i contact microsoft or what should i do???

i got that a few times when i first got my xbox... hasn't done it in a while..try a cleaning kit maybe?
