Microsoft has made a new controller called the Xbox Controlelr S
its the second version controller for xbox

that's almost the japanese xbox controller but with only 3 difference: the cable length is a bit longer than the Japanese controller: 9.8 foot , the springs in the triggers, those are a bit different. It's more like the Xbox Controller here in the States, with a little subtle difference and the green jewel: replaced by a black jewel.
