click on Home & News up on the top of the page then there should be a link on the home page where you can write a review. So no need to make forum posts for reviews

Anyone at XBA can submit reviews for games for all to read, so if that's what you like todo, go at it. The staff reviews are found on the front page for your enjoyment as well.
