Need info on this plate

It is in a Joytech package. Does anyone know if it was made by Joytech, or did a customizer just put it in a Joytech package? I saw this pic, and then one of our members was selling it (or one of it) on eBay.

**EDIT** I found someone on myspace called Anti Social Designs, based in UK. Chances are, he/they made it. I sent them off a message.
