Wouldn't calling them and asking them directly be more effective than posting this question in the forums? Hopefully I'm not coming across as a smart ass, because, that's not my intentions...but, where is Gatesville?!?!

Its Gateshead and its in England, next to newcastle. And i know you werent being a smart arse, thanks for the advise anyway
