Wish I could help with the nuke, but I too have yet to call one. Could have a few times, but didn't have it equipped. That and I gave up on Modern Glitchfare 2 and now play Battlefield: Bad Company 2.
Best of luck in the hunt for the elusive nuke.

I'm really good at getting 22-25 death streaks on a fairly regular basis. Too bad nukes don't work in reverse...
