I haven't played any game in this series but the premise does sound interesting.

I think what they did to this series is great. Im mean playing as Raziel in Soul Reaver was cool. But now we get to be Kain rising to power. Im probaly gonna pick this up, I just hope theres no dumb ass block puzzles

Personally, I'm going to read a lot of reviews on this before I consider picking it up. So far, it does sound pretty interesting, though. I just don't want to buy another "Bloodwake" (in other words, buy a game that got a lot of hype at first and end up being a crap game $50 later).
