best of all time or best available?
PC
Wii (mostly because of backwards compatibility)
Xbox 360
SNES
DS (backward compatible with GBA)
1) Mega Drive
2) XBOX 360
3) Gamecube
4) PSX
5) PS2/XBOX
PS2 - FF VII and MGS = FTW
PC - when you want things to be at their best
Xbox 360 - prob. now my most used console b/c of everything on it.
SNES - (still the best D-Pad i've ever used imo)
Dreamcast - oh how I miss those gameboy like packs that fit into the controllers.

For me it's the Pioneer Laseractive, Capcom CPS, or Neo Geo AES.
I'm definitely going for the XBOX 360 Slim for one reason... 250GB.
I just felt like I always needed those extra GB's.
In no particular order:
Nintendo NES
Nintendo 64
