    Question Halo Online Help

    hmmmm...ive been trying to play halo online but its not working. i have the tunnel installed and gamespy installed and chose the network adapter, but the network light on the back of the xbox wont light up and system link is grayed out. can anyone help?

    have u went to there troubleshooting page?
    picking the other adapter?

    ive tried every network adapter, and their troubleshooting doesnt help.

    yes, i think. on my hub, the dsl is into uplink, the wire to the pc is on #8 and the wire to the xbox is on #1

    Hey, Chupa...here's a few things to double check:

    Make sure you are using standard CAT 5 Patch cables, not Crossover cables...crossover cables won't work.

    Also, try using port #2 to go to your CPU instead.

    Also, make sure that the cables are good...because, I had the same problem until I discovered that I had one bad patch cable...the green light to the XBox will definately go on if it's a good cable.
