Yeah, it's not happening. XboxAddict just put up a preview of the disc, the only thing I see there that could be for "customizing your xbox" is Xbox Accessories.

creating your own dashboard will never happened... but pre-made skins for the dash board is possible.

Well, for all you subscribers, you can see that this is NOT on the game disc, and NOT an editor of the dashboard.

It is an article on modding your actual box. A cool idea, with the exception that it voids your warranty. If I had an extra $300 to blow, I'd do one myself.
