HALO actually scared me!!!

Is it just me or does HALO AI just get smarter all the time?

I was playing the maw on legendary the other day (just for fun) and i came to a situation where an Elite dropped my shield and at that point I only had one health bar.

I'll show him! I tossed a plasma grenade at him and he jumped in the air and did the splits, the grenade passing under him!!!!!!!!

ARGHHHHHHH! He killed me after that... Afterwards I beat the hell out of him with my bare hands...

Anyone else have problems?

Ive never seen an elite leap and do a split. Ive seen elites leap and roll out of the way.

I wouldn't say that... I don' really have any lkife but to be playing XBox. And it only happened ONCE!!

Im not trying to be a dik. Im just saying i really really doubt it happened. I dont even think Elite models have animations for doing a split.

AI only chooses between a set of moves the player can do. It cant make up its own human movement by itself. So, no, I dont believe an Elite "jumped and did the splits", you saw wrong.

I saw a elite drink a beer and start puking! but I have never seen them do the splits...did you get the porn version of halo?

I have never seen any AI do the splits in the air. I think you might have been smoking something before you started playing the game.

Legendary "The Maw" is simple. It basically the same as normal... and the AI is a bit harder. The only hard part aboot the Maw is driving away. That takes a few tries.

But I don't think that any monsters will try to jump over your car while doing the splits. They would get impaled by the machine gun

do you also see dead hunters rise up and chase everyone?
Does your game have a "T" rateing?
Do the Jackals sometimes turn on each other?
Do you still trust the robot?
Do you find yourself looking for a pail of water because the flood looks like someone forgot to water them?
