Crimson Skies vs. Savage Skies

The both look to have very similar game play. In one game you fly planes and shoot things out of the sky. In the other game you ride dragons and shoot things out of the sky.

Both games look well implemented but I don't think I need both. I love fantasy and dragons, but for some reason the old biplanes of Crimson Skies appeal to me more.

Which do you prefer?

I have Crimson Skies for for the PC...and it is awesome! I still play it! The multiplayer in it is just plain sweet!

Personally, I was really impressed with Crimson Skies...that's the one with the biplanes, isn't it? I saw the streaming video of it on XBox.com and I was pretty impressed

I'll also throw a "loved Crimson Skies on the PC comment" even with the dreadfully slow interface (option areas, not gameplay) and mildly unstable nature. Pretty quirky story line, decent voice acting and great graphics. After watching the trailer I expect even more from the XBox version. Will definitely rent Savage Skies ... always to ride a dragon
