Help- Jet Set Radio Future

I am stuck. The part where you ride around and run into the Noise Tanks, I have deystroyed all of them, except for the one on top of that chimney in the the Heights part. I cant find out how to grind up there, and then stop to be able to hit him. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

yo i got stuck on that too then i rode up it backwards and did sumthin and i got it and guess what just go to another city u only have to hit like 50 percent of the noise tanks lol. i got really mad when i found that out.I got really frustrated with that. took me like half hour to find out.

I think you have to grind up the other side of it so you won't flip off.
