here is my custom red wings controller:
This is done of a picture Dominik Hasek holding up the stanley cup, and the rest of the controller is done similar to the design of Jimmy Howard's pads.

You never know... The Oilers management is pretty terrible. If there's a way to screw up, our suits will find a way. I get NHLJOBS sent to my email, and there's only 3 teams who state you have to be American to apply for their marketing/management positions... The Panthers, Blue Jackets, and Predators... Kinda pisses me off, considering I wanted to take Florida to the promised land in a few years

lol, but its not stopping me, i have been to their facility more than some of the players on the team. but talking about the management, panthers havent been so well either, we trade Luongo then get rid of jokinen(our captain and point/goal leader, then we get rid of Bouwmeester(my fav player and a "franchise d-man" not to mention a top 3 first pick) we have self-destructed.
