"Originally I was going to start off this review by praising the fine people of SNK Neo Geo for bringing to the big table an amazing action game that brings together old school gameplay and today’s challenging standards. I was going to start in this fashion, but then I realized that the addicts out there would be thinking what I am starting to think. “Don’t tell me Rich is on another of his old school kicks."

Overall: Coop-mode, fun and fast great gameplay, what do you want more? This is the one that will take your whole week. :)
Gameplay: You can choose some characters to deal with the missions. All you have to do is to kill everything that in the mission. You can find some upgrade weapons which do more damage. There are also vehicles that you can control in some missions.
Graphics: Well, the graphic is very old. It's like this one is in SNES. But there are great effects that boast a little bit on this side.
Sound: Soud and music are great, really match up the gameplay and each mission in the game. You will feel it!
Suggestions: Bring us more in this type with upgrade graphics. :)

Overall: Come on people it's Metal Slug. This game is too fun. Running and shooting like crazy non-stop? You can't go wrong with it. Yes this may be identical to Metal slugs on other systems but you can't do much to alter a game that's been out forever. You gotta keep it the same.
Gameplay: Metal Slug at its finest. One button shoot, one throw, one jump. Simple, direct, and lotads of fun. This game is purely gameplay based and it's very well done.
Graphics: Visually it's great. Keeps the traditional 2D Metal Slug look and mixes mindless killing with a nice cartoony look to make it innocent.
Sound: Again simple sounds, goofy voices, and the awesome stabbing sound effects lol. The game was made for fun and the goofyness of the sounds adds to that.
