Guitar Hero II
Overall: This game is a rhythm game from the makers of Amplitude and Frequency. So you know this game is gonna be be good. The developers have three award-winning games under their belt. This game breaks a new genre into the world of 360 gaming. It's fantastic.
Gameplay: As I mentioned before, this is a rhythm-based game that gives you a guitar, or a controller, and pits you up against a wave of buttons you must strum to coencide with the song you are playing. It's very stylized, and it does break barriers.
Graphics: This is the soft spot of the game, but what else can you expect from a rhythm -based game?I mean the graphics are certainly not ground-breaking, but they get the job done. They are certainly better than the PS2 version, though.
Audio: This game has great sound, of course. It features some really nice tracks. Freebird, Strutter, Heart-Shaped Box, War Pigs, Carry On Wayward Son, the list goes on and on. They have a mix of classical (Carry on Wayward Son), punk, (Dead) heavy, (Beast and the Harlot) (Hangar 18) and also some alternative rock.
Suggestions: Keep up with the downloadable content guys! Make it cheaper as well.

Dead Rising
Overall: A decent game with some naunces, but an overall cerebral, addictive experience. I think if this game featured a quick save system, it would be a Game of the Year candidate bar none, but I just don't think a game of this caliber could be instated as the game of the year in any magazine, website, or television program. I think overall it's a decent game, but there certainly is better games out in the market right now.
Gameplay: The game features a dyamic, cerebral game mode known as "72-Hour mode". It plays well but thanks to the crappy save feature, it falls behind other games like Oblivion, which features the quick save feature that makes it so great. In Dead Rising, the 72-Hour mode is basically the campaign mode. In it, you have to survive 72 hours of zombie onslaught. Keep an eye on your watch, or the chopper may leave you. No worries, though, there are multiple endings depending on what route you take, how long it takes you, and how many people you get out alive. There are a lot of missions to complete, however, you have a time restraint on how many you do. Be sure not get caught up in the missions and have the chopper leave you, or you will get the worst ending. You don't even have to do missions, I mean you can just sit on the helipad for 7.2 hours, which is how long the game is in real time. Other than the crappy save system, the gameplay boasts a pretty sweet and cerebral experience, I just think it could be a tad bit better.
Graphics: Of course, you are playing on a 360, so they are wonderful. Great textures and great lighting make this game one the best looking games of the year.
Audio: The voice-acting is great, the sound effects are wonderful, so the sound is great. Especially if you have a sweet surround sound system.
Suggestions: I am not sure how you make a sequel to this, but try to. Also, utilize the quick-save feature.

Xbox 360 Video Game System
Overall: To be honest, the people doing these reviews are just a tad bit biased. You know what, I feel the WHOLE Xbox gaming community has been rather biased about the 360. I feel in terms of overall fun, the system is fun, but the systems were not ready to be shipped. The systems are DECENT. They offer a beefy graphics engine, sleek wireless controllers, and the rest of what you would expect from a next-gen system. There is just one problem, though. The OVERHEATING.The OVEERHEATING is certainly a problem. I have already had to call Microsoft regarding issues with my system. These so called "issues" include varius problems with the Hard Drive, OVERHEATING problems, games being scratched from the 360 itself, etc. Back to the graphics, the most biased part of the 360. Yes, I did say they were beefy earlier, but only on an HDTV of course, because on my standard 27' TV it just looks like a Hi-Res Xbox game. I must say, though. On a 30' LCD screen the going is great. It really allows you to see the 360's power. I would really insist before you buy a 360, to contemplate on which games you will buy. Don't buy Madden 2006, King Kong (unless you like boring games), Buy COD2, PDZ, and I would really recomend Fight Night. Listen, the whole point of this review is to inform you that the 360 is not all what people say, it really is just an average system. Don't take this the wrong way, I mean, it is a farely fun system, but I would strongly advise you to save all of your hard-earned $399. Save that money for a PS3, because the 360 is certainly an underachieving system with a biase community. 360, GET READY TO BE BLOWN OUT OF THE WATER BY PS3, or quite possibly the Nintendo WII.

College Hoops 2K6
Overall: The game comes to life in this excellent K game. Well, K has done it again. I suggest you at least rent this game, but if you are a die-hard fan of the genre, as I am, you have to purchase this game at the nearest retailer near you!!!
Gameplay: The game play is excellent. You really get the vibe that you are in a real basketball game because the ambiance of the game is absolutely wonderful. The game has a few minor glitches, such as a guy stepping out of bounds on the in-bound, or some dumb calls, but I mean, the game really is overall solid and well executed.
Graphics: The visuals are great. They are pretty high quality graphics and looks wonderful on my 30 in. LCD plasma screen. The graphics are otherwise ho-hum on a standard TV set.So, in other words, the game looks wonderful on on a HDTV screen and decent on a standard TV set.
Audio: The sounds are average. I mean, they are generally what you would expect in a retrospective point-of-view. I guess you could say I gave them (K) a 4 because of the fact the game is executed so well.
Suggestions: Oh, by the way, I forgot to mention the intuitive use of the clipboard. The clipboard is basically your "home base" so to speak. When you call timeouts, you are confronted with a clipboard. This lets you call plays, make subs, check the stats, etc. Nice job K, hope to see what K looks and plays like.

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory
Overall: Probably the best game out on the market right now, I mean seriously this totally kills games likes brothers In Arms and of course Halo 2.
Gameplay: The all knew kinfe is a great new feature. You can also switch up weapon attachments, so you'll have a foregrip one sec., and then you can easily switch, on the fly, your weapons while still maintaining the same level of intensity.
Graphics: Beats every game ever produced and shipped out to play, even Half Life 2, the graphics alone are a different game. Considering how good they look.
Audio: Top notch ambiance. The voice-overs are simply fantastic, and the weapon sounds are amazing, you can even here a body thumping the ground.
Suggestions: Great work, maybe somehow enhance the multiplayer, but anyhow nice work.
Overall Score: 10.0 / 10

Brothers In Arms
Overall: This is probably the best game out on the maarket right now. I haven't typed a review because I've been so busy with it, yes, that's right, I've had it since early March and still playing it. Anyway, back to the basics... The game is your basic Tactical Squad-Based First-Person WWII shooter. The uses a simple but intuitive squad command system, which works fantasticly. The game spans over an eight day period in which you embark from D-Day to Carentan. It really is a great game.
Gameplay: The gameplay scores a perfect 5.0 because once again it uses a perfect squad command system. Besides the short-but-sweet campaign you also have online multiplayer over System-Link, Co-Op, and the almighty Xbox Live. It's wierd at first because your so use to deathmatch and capture the flag that it takes a while adjusting to the mission-based games in multiplayer. Perfect Example: on a map called Crossroads at Pellerin, the American Forces are sent to blow up a German supply truck, and the Germans have to stop you. The German K-98 Rifle is perhaps what you may call the cannon fodder of the game, so accurate and yet powerful. The best gun ever created on any game.
Graphics: The graphics are somewhat... what you would call stlyized and vibrant. I mean they are nothing like Splinter Cell: CT but I mean the graphics are spectacular once you eliminate Doom 3 and Splinter Cell: CT. My descripions are going to be shorter cuz I'm in Computer Class and the bell is about to ring in a second.
Audio: Great sound, nice ambience, awesome voice-acting, even the German dialect seems realistic to me. The guns sound and feel nice and the musical score is also nice.
Suggestions: Make the game span longer and if possible implement the Battle of The Bulge if possible.
Overall Score: 10.0 / 10

XIII
Overall: I had about $13 in my pocket and there was a rack of games just sitting there and for about 10-20 dollars. I saw XII. A game with an immersive single player game and tight Xbox Live gameplay mechanics that are really cool.
Gameplay: Nice Xbox Live and pretty cool single player game that is pretty cool. There is also a lot of cool Live modes as well. I was also surprised at the number of players online for such an old game.
Graphics: The cel shaded graphics are both ho-hum worthy and nice at the same time, which means there is mixed results with the grapghics engine.
Audio: The sound for some rason is very good to my ears. The voice acting is also very nice with David Duchovany and Eve starring in this game.
Suggestions: Ya know guys I really think you did nice on this thing but it didn't sell enough to get a sequel.
Overall Score: 8.0 / 10

Vietcong: Purple Haze
Overall: This is probably the most underated game out there, I mean the graphics are a bit PS2-ish but where it excells is the Xbox Live multiplayer.
Gameplay: Authentic weaponry and tight Xbox Live gameplay the single is garbage though, but in my opinion Vietcong is better on Xbox Live than Men of Valor.
Graphics: In a word bad, but I mean ive seen worse but the grapghics arent up to par with all the other games out there like Splinter Cell PT.
Audio: The sounds in thegame are pretty nice like the weapons sound so real and the ambiance effects are also nice, too.
Suggestions: The game is very underated and I think you could have made the single player better.
Overall Score: 9.0 / 10

Mercenaries
Overall: OH MY GODDDDDDDD!!!!!!! This is probably one of the better games out thurr... there excuse me im just so hyped up about how polished everything is in the game. The ragdoll, the physics, the driving engine the soud the graphics the voice acting, it's all done superbly and it is never slown down because of the fast paced action Recomend: A BIG FAT YES!
Gameplay: The is a delivery service called the Black Merchant, which is from the Mafia that enables new gameplay ptos. Say your stranded out in the countryside with low heath and no vehicle just call in the mafia and for a reasonable pric youll be restocked and have a ride. There could have been a bit more weaponry but the gameplay is tight anyway.
Graphics: The textures are a bit drab, but the effects such a muzzle flares, fog and other things such as rain are all top notch.
Audio: The gun sounds vehicle sound and voice acting are all done excellently. I also lke the different languages spoken by the factions.
Suggestions: I disagree with all the other people Xbox Live cannot just be implmented into a game such as this. But good game.
Overall Score: 10.0 / 10

Madden NFL 2005
Overall: The best fotball game! At first I liked ESPN better but now it's certainly Madden. With better defensive and offensive controls, this game is way improved... PLUS XBOX LIVE FINALLY!!!!
Gameplay: The Hit-Stick is an all-new feature but is way overated, but it's stil cool! The Xbox Live is also nice but you have to get use to the cotrols before going Live.
Graphics: Yeah the graphics are nice, but I mean they are still siilar to the past games out there. They are overall nice graphics though.
Audio: STUPID commentary, but it's improved over the past games. There are player sounds and screams that sound pretty cool, but the commentary scores it a 4.5.
Suggestions: If you can come up with anything else put it in if you can.
Overall Score: 10.0 / 10

Greg Hastings' Tournament Paintball
Overall: I simply can not believe that I am the only person who wrote areview for this thing! It's a really good game on Xbox Live, but the single-player is very lame. Plus the single player AI is crap.
Gameplay: The gameplay is very good with duck and run sorta style play. The gear is also very realistic and authentic. It makes you feel like you are really having a paintball match!!
Graphics: The graphics are not really noticable and do not stand out amog games like Ghost Recon 2. The paint effects are very nice however...
Audio: I didnt even notice there was any sound in the game.. maybe the annoyingmusic in the menus but thats about it. You can put in custom tracks tough.
Suggestions: No really any suggestions.
Overall Score: 9.0 / 10

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 2
Overall: Ghost Recon 2's element of action has always been cool and ... in a way slick. I give this game props for (finally) adding the havok phyics engine so your body crumbles and all kinds of stuff. But yeah excellent game.
Gameplay: the gameplay is this: the single player is a bunch of crap loaded together but the online modes and maps are awesome, the sigle player i basically you just shooting bad guys yeppie!!
Graphics: Finally a game were trees look so real you think your actually in the woods hunting there is a lot of affects cool lighting, so this gam gets a major thumbs up!
Audio: baby you havent heard somethin so real it sound like your in the middle of a major firefight and your pinned down it's s realistic.
Suggestions: make more maps for download please!!

Conflict: Vietnam
Overall: I was sitting in the local Blockbuster bored, tired and looking for a game, Fable, it was checked out, I look over, and saw Conflict: Vietnam. I thought it would be stupid, I just rented it for the fact I was bored. I was amazed with how much the gameplay changed since Conflict Desert storm. The game has nicer visuals and the farmerate keeps up, but NO online play!!!!
Gameplay: With no online play, the gameplay suffers dramatically, but the moments are still very tense and exciting.
Graphics: The visuals are definetly improved over the prvious Dsret Storm games and like I said earlier, the framerate keeps up.
Audio: Sounnd is nice, f-word used sometimes, nice gun fire and nice music. I really think the voice acting is a bit sparse though.
Suggestions: I also forgot someting there is ragdoll physics which is really cool, but anyway, nice job guys.
Overall Score: 9.0 / 10

Star Wars: Battlefront
Overall: I think this game is one of the best games of the year! Everyone should get this game and try it. The single player is almost as good as the Xbox Live play, but the stupid bots are dumb as hell.
Gameplay: You can get in all the vehicles you see on the movies, one of the coolest being the AT-AT which is hard to steer but easy to take down with an easy riding Snowspeeder. I think my favorite maps are Geonosis and Hoth of course.
Graphics: The game has awesome visuals, like the Naboo: Plains level, which looks dazziling. The levels like Hoth and Endor or nice as well.
Audio: The blasting sounds awesome, but that is the only thing you here the whole time, but it still sounds tight.
Suggestions: Make a sequel, let us be the Ewoks, Tusken Raiders, and other NPCs we can't play to make it more exciting.
Overall Score: 10.0 / 10

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3: Black Arrow
Overall: I absouloutly loved this game!! The Xbox Live modes are undoubtably the best in any other Xbox Live compatible game. I stay up all night with this thing.
Gameplay: The fact that new game modes are offered (total conquest) (retrieval), the game is raised by far. My favorite game mode is still old-fashioned Team Survival.
Graphics: The graphics are nice, and muzzle flares look awesome, too. I really love ragdoll physics affects too.
Audio: I love to hear grenades sound different, such as when you throw it in a hallway it is much silent, and when thrown in the open it is allowed to be louder because it can travel farther.
Suggestions: Just keep it comin, Hopefully you will come up with more modes. (already enough)
Overall Score: 10.0 / 10

ESPN NFL 2K5
Overall: This game makes me shake it's so dang good, and in fact, I am mad at you for making this piece of work, but in a good way. This game defies the sports genre by a large margin, I was amazed on how good this one is.
Gameplay: Oh.. my God, the gameplay rocks... I have played many other sports games and this one beats em all.The 20 bucks is sure well spent!!!!!!!
Graphics: You know, I shouldn't even have to tell you how great this is, I mean the screen shots might explain how beautiful they are. Top of the line, I mean nothing touches near this.
Audio: The all new stadium music feature rocks(like everything else in the game) and the commentary is better than Madden's outbursts.
Suggestions: The best football game ever... KEEP THEM COMING!
Overall Score: 10.0 / 10

kill.switch
Overall: I have to be honest with you, this game is average, wich is not too bad, I thought the graphics were mediocre though.
Gameplay: The gameplay in this game is very innovative and addicting, it is also a little bit on the easy side, but overall pretty well done.
Graphics: The graphics in this game were sometimes nice looking and sometimes very ugly, I'll have to give it points down for being inconsistent.
Audio: The only thing I noticed was the gun sounds which were not bad and the explosions were also nice sounding.
Suggestions: Have some more weapons and possible online play.
Overall Score: 8.0 / 10

Cabela's Deer Hunt: 2004 Season
Overall: This game has it all, the amazing graphics, wonderful gameplay, and the most realistic hunter on the markket. I think this game is a must have for all gamers alike.
Gameplay: The gameplay is probably the best of any game (or hunter) at least. The weapon variations are great, but there could have been a little more, but thumbs up anyway. The control scheme is very easy to get used to. The scoreboards are a nice addition also.
Graphics: In one beautiful word... magnificint, the weather effects are just plain dazziling and the weapon models are great. I give the visuals a 5.
Audio: I did't really notice the sounds, but there were indeed the calls of bucks and stuff.Overall pretty nice.
Suggestions: A very nice job, I heard there is a sequel, so keep 'em comin.
Overall Score: 10.0 / 10

Aliens vs. Predator: Extinction
Overall: Overall, it's not that bad. Yes, indeed, it's not that bad. The game reminds me of what the movie could be. The graphics are kinda like PS2 and are a little bland and dumb, but the gameplay is quite nice and you can fool around with all of the units. In my opinion, it's good for a rental, and at 20 dollars, it's a good deal.
Gameplay: Some might not like this if their mostly a PC RTS gamer, which I am, but I was quite suprised with the gameplay. Considering you can be aliens, predators, and also marines, there is quite a mix up of gameplay here.
Graphics: The visuals are... in one word, bleh. The textures and normal mapping are just bland and generic, and the blood looks like ketchup pouring out of someone's neck. Not good, I feel the Xbox could be pushed farther than that.
Audio: The sound is... well I really didn't pay attention to that, so I'll just type some more words in to finish.
Suggestions: Well, I would have to say that there needs to be a little graphics boost here.
Overall Score: 8.0 / 10

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3
Overall: The overall description of this game would be... the most brilliant game of it's time. The gameplay is excellent, the graphics are excellent, the sound effects are priceless, you can go on and on and on.
Gameplay: One of it's kind, you can use the Voice Communicator to speak with and give commands to, but your squad's personalities are just bleh. I mean, they are nothing conpared to the personalities of the Full Spectrum Warrior boys. The weapons modeling and structure is genius, they are so detailed that you think you are shooting it.
Graphics: The smoke and tear gas is brilliant, and there is also rag doll physics, so that's a point up in my books. The muzzle flares are also cutting edge.
Audio: The communications are well-done as I said and the guns sound ery realistic and real, so I'll give it points for being cool in that department also.
Suggestions: The next is almost out baby!
Overall Score: 10.0 / 10

SWAT: Global Strike Team
Overall: The visuals were actually quite stunning unlike some people think. The lighting is pretty good, and so on. What really struggles is the gameplay, you are simply restricted to the little building you are in, which is not very fun, and throw in some stupid voice communications to make it even worse, but on the hole it is not bad.
Gameplay: Like I said earlier you can't even play it with friends because you are likely to be critized on how dumb you sound, so I recommend you play it when no one is around. Even worse, you are even given more points for arresting perps you would rather gun down. Not too good.
Graphics: They are actually nice, especially in the levels when you have to use night vision and stuff, and the smoke looks quite nice.
Audio: The voice communications is stupid and horrible, you would probably be better off just sticking without one.
Suggestions: Live play would probably work nice.
Overall Score: 7.0 / 10

Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines
Overall: I am sick I rented this bizarre game. The graphics were flawed and outdated, the gameplay was glitchly and buggy, the voice acting was messed up, and worst of all you couldn't even find a resemblence to the movie, I mean, the movie rocked but the game sucked.
Gameplay: I thought the fighting was messed up, and worst of all, the framerate looked like a 1920's silent film rolling, I mean, c'mon you need to step it up.
Graphics: The only thing that looked nice was when I fired a plasma rifle and it flared out of the muzzle... YAY.
Audio: Did the developers know what they were doing? It sounded like some kids from video class made Arnold do the script. Yes, it's that bad.
Suggestions: Make a GAME THAT ACTUALLY WORKS!!
Overall Score: 3.0 / 10

NBA Ballers
Overall: A fun, although challenging b-ball game that lets you be a real baller, such as gettin a Escalade, getting throwbacks, jewelery, if a baller has it in real life, this game lets you have it.
Gameplay: The gameplay is quite like NFL Street or NFL Blitz in a way, because of being on fire and stuff. Like I mentioned before, the unlockables are just endless to the fact you can't even name anymore stuff. The 1-on-1-on-1 is kinda crazy when you first see it on the screen, but it's actually better than 1-on-1.
Graphics: With a resemblence to NFL Street, which is agood and a bad thing, meaning the enviroments look nice, but the characters look so blocky and bulky, but the visuals are slick and flashy in some areas.
Audio: I really didn't notice it, but I wish custom soundtracks were on it to help block out your worries about something.
Suggestions: I know you'llmake another, so you have at it guys.
Overall Score: 9.0 / 10

Medal of Honor: Rising Sun
Overall: A realistic WWII game that feels like a Pearl Harbor movie, but, guys, last time I checked there was blood in war, especially in Pearl Harbor, I mean the authentic feel is just swiped away away immediatly.
Gameplay: The weapons are really nice, but enemies make you feel like you are shooting at dogs and the friendlies that you are paired up with are just, in a word, STUPID!
Graphics: Um... guys, do you realize that there is a graphics chip somewhere in the Xbox, I mean this is really sad, the jungle looks like cardboard boxes folded into plants.
Audio: The best part of the game. The bullets are heard whizzing by your head, a teammate then tells you to duck and you gun down planes and hear them crash down, just one of the few awesome moments like this.
Suggestions: This game is certainly underated, and to all you people who gave it at least a 3.0 overall are really missing something in this game.
Overall Score: 8.0 / 10

NHL 2004
Overall: I agree, this game is much improved over NHL Rivals, which, in my opinion, really wasn't that good. With online play, this would have been an excellent game with aperfect 5.0.
Gameplay: Excellent gameplay, the hockey experience really comes to life, but the shooting should use something like right anolog stick shooting, or something like that.
Graphics: The best visuals in hockey video gaming yet, outruling NHL Rivals, NHL Hockey, any hockey game you name, NHL 2004 rules em in the visual department.
Audio: The commentary is terrible, you will find yourself turning it off as soon as you start playing, although the on-ice sounds are nice and you really know when you are in the playoffs because of chanting, screaming, booing, anything. Losing points in commentary, definitly.
Suggestions: Make a fighting system like Fight Night 2004.
Overall Score: 9.0 / 10

Spider-Man: The Movie 2
Overall: An open-ended GTA-style Spiderman game that is off the charts better than the first and has awesome visuals and cool movie-style voice acting. This is one of my favorites, featuring new moves and combos that will make you want to play every single moment of the day.
Gameplay: One of the best replay values in the gaming industry, it's almost better than GTA, but sometimes it kind of forces you to do battles.
Graphics: Nice, but not great, the character models aside from Spiderman are not too good, but Spiderman's body is well defined. Not to mention the textures are nice and have a smooth feel to them.
Audio: Nice voice acting and excellent in-game music help make the game seem like the movie feels. Also when you dive off the big skscrapers you can feel the rush of wind, which really makes it seem awesome.
Suggestions: MAKE A SEQUEL, if you can even go over the cool meter you guys have made here.
Overall Score: 10.0 / 10

Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne
Overall: A realy easy but fun 3rd-person shooter with high production values that will really have you guessing about this non-stop thriller/action.
Gameplay: Awesome weapons, cool physics, what more could you want from a game? The physics offer up some "wow, that was awesome" moments, too.
Graphics: Way improved over the first one. There is new textures, awesome weapon models, cool character models, and last but not least the physics.
Audio: Cooler gun sounds than the first, excellent voice acting, and also the bad guys make an annoying scream before they die, but not as bad as the first.
Suggestions: Make a third, but mix the story up like you did in this one too.
Overall Score: 10.0 / 10

Soldier of Fortune II : Double Helix
Overall: You will find yourself with your friends. You will be playing Xbox Live, after a couple of hours you get tired of it, then an hour later you find yourself again playing it. The core gameplay is what makes you play so much, quite possibly one of the coolest games ever made!!!
Gameplay: The funnest thing about it is the Live play, were you will find yourself with many weapons shooting other guys. Yep, it does sound simple, but this never gets boring. The main reason of that is because of all the weaponry you are placed with, and the hit specific damage is awesome. Say you hit someone in the leg with a knife, they will limp around and try to shoot at you. You can then simply get an easy target on them, ah, hit specific damage rocks.
Graphics: Quite possibly the worst part of this game, although they weren't that bad. The gameplay engine was mostly based on the weaponry and damage, so most likely, the graphics were not touched up that extra bit.
Audio: Cool, cool. The sound was pretty excellent, the weapon sounds sounded quite good and the ambient affects were nice.
Suggestions: Make a dozen more for PC and Xbox.
Overall Score: 10.0 / 10

Chronicles of Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay
Overall: A cool visual powerhouse that will have you at the edge of your seat. The cool first-person action keeps you wanting more as you progress. The popcorn video game of the summer.
Gameplay: Excellent, when your not doing the main mission quests, (i.e)get through the pit. You are doing favors for other inmates, such as "poison Bink's food." When you are finished, you get rewards such as getting smokes from the inmates that assigned you to do it. There is also a monster fighting engine that is more intuitive than Breadown's. There is also interactive NPC's.
Graphics: Beats 'em all. Halo, Rainbow Six, Breakdown, you name any FPS and The Chronicles of Riddick has already outgunned my afar.
Audio: The cool thing about is that Vin Diesel lones his voice to the project, a rapper does also (forgot the name) which makes it pretty cool
Suggestions: Make a sequel
Overall Score: 10.0 / 10

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow
Overall: This game may really have to be the most awesome online game this year. The amazing graphics graphics are back and the nice ambient sounds sound nice in the outdoor enviroments.
Gameplay: The gameplay is excellent, but the shooting is a little frustrating at times. Like I said, the online play is spectacular.
Graphics: Oh, come on. You know how stunning the visuals are in this masterpiece, you don't? Well, maybe I should clear that up for you. The amazing lighting and texture work has been brought outside, yes instead of inside. That decision didn't first catch my mind the first time I heard it would be outside, but Ubisoft made it work.
Audio: Ambient sounds are once again excellent. The use of the outdoors also makes for better chances of using more sounds.
Suggestions: Make more people in the online part of the package, in other word, make like 4 spys vs. 4 mercs. Then you will have a masterpiece.
Overall Score: 10.0 / 10

Halo
Overall: A fun overly addictive fps, but let me set this clear with everyone, ok. It is just so old and outdated, but at the time of it's release, by God it was the best game ever.
Gameplay: You can explore the open space sometimes and you can also steal weapons and ammo from anything. Enemies aren't very smart, altough they do run for cover and stuff. The marines are a discrace to the IQ test. I wish they had college in the future, because those guys are busted. Ok so the AI isn't top notch, but the weaponry gameplay is.
Graphics: Excellent. Even for it's age it is a graphical powrehouse. When it was released a long time ago it was pretty much the best game in the video game industry.
Audio: The aliens called grunts sound like a baby is yapping its head off. Plus the sounds your marines make just makes you want to beat their brains out with your rifle. The voice acting is excellent, but could use work.
Suggestions: I already know it's going to be the best game this year so why should I help you with Halo 2?
Overall Score: 9.0 / 10

Die Hard: Vendetta
Overall: A fast paced shooter with resemblence to the movies. The game was also very realistic, such as the cool weapons andnice character models.
Gameplay: Doesn't deserve anything above a 4.0, considering the game was was not highly publicised and didn't recieve much critical acclaim like other movie games. The shooting was very fun and cool, plus awesome and fun weapons.
Graphics: Again, it doesn't deserve over a 4.0 because of some lagging, but cool explosians and nice effects to add to it.
Audio: Nothing special. The voice acting is pretty good, but the gun sounds are quite generic at best, but who said every FPS had to be RBS or Halo.
Suggestions: Well, i don't think there will be another, but if so make it third person! That would be awesome man!!
Overall Score: 8.0 / 10

ESPN Major League Baseball 2K4
Overall: A baseball game that deserves something, but not a whole lot. MVP Baseball ran over this one by a mile.
Gameplay: Fun, good controls and the gameplay is ok, but like I said before, this game can't beat MVP Baseball.
Graphics: The lighting is sweet and the players character models good but, the players faces look freaky and scary. You would think by know they had facial models to create a face now wouldn't you.
Audio: Nice, the crowd sounds stupid, though. The crowd says the dumbest things. The announcers are one again off-beat and stupid sounding. The bats sound cool when their broken.
Suggestions: Make a MAN"S FACE FOR ONCE!!!!!!!
Overall Score: 8.0 / 10

MVP Baseball 2004
Overall: The funnest baseball game I've ever played. The awesome slide controls are also awesome. You can never put the controller down.
Gameplay: Excellent superb controls and awesome slide controls. Hitting is slightly tougher though. Franchise mode has also been pushed up to funner lengths.
Graphics: The best a baseball has seen before, but there is slight lag in it, but I will not take points off of it considering it's the best around.
Audio: The crowd sounds cool, with reactions to almost everthing you do.When you hit a ball you can hear the pop the ball did to the bat which I think is realistic.
Suggestions: Make something up if you can, you guys have pushed it to the limit!!
Overall Score: 10.0 / 10

Shadow Ops: Red Mercury
Overall: A shoot em up FPS with high production values and excellent sound. I played the demo of this and the retail version is kind of like it but longer.
Gameplay: The core gameplay feeds off of one of the coolest video game engines to date which is the Unreal engine. The controls are a little generic, which means that there are no mixed up cool controls here, and also a little glitchy.
Graphics: Not too good, but I've seen worse in video games. A 3.5 is what it deserves because of some glitches also.
Audio: The 5.1 Dolby Digital will blow your head off. It's even better than Medal of Honor!! You can hear bullets zipping by your head and explosions rumbling your ears.
Suggestions: Have more weapons.
Overall Score: 8.0 / 10

Burnout 2: Point of Impact
Overall: This game is off the charts!!! After you play through all the races and crash modes it gets kind of boring, but like that other kid said, it's really fun with friends.
Gameplay: Good, but like I said before, after you beat the game and everthing else it gets boring. Great crashes and outstanding and well thought of controls to go along with the nice gameplay quality.
Graphics: Pretty good, but it could improve. I'm a physics freak (you would know if you've read my reviews) and the crashes look pretty fine compared to other games.
Audio: Excellent, you hear everthing that happens, from glass to the bumper hitting the railing. The custom soundtracks also add a cool atmoshere to it.
Suggestions: Have some online play.
Overall Score: 9.0 / 10

Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy
Overall: A fun, realistic take on a great storyline and awesome gameplay call for some memorable moments. The physics are also the best in the video game industry.
Gameplay: Awesome. There is some thinking involved in some puzzles, but otherwise fun and realistic. The controls are also thought out well.
Graphics: Excellent, like I said before, the physics ROCK!!!!!!! Blood also splatters on the walls which make it very cool looking. Bodys don't dissappear either.
Audio: The sounds of barrels flying and men screaming when their on fire sound pretty realistic. Although the voice acting is a little strange, it's okay.
Suggestions: Make a second one and keep the awesome physics up to par.
Overall Score: 9.0 / 10

Thief: Deadly Shadows
Overall: A fun, althogh hard, game that really snuck up on me later in the year. The cool lighting and physics engine really make it cooler than most stealth games.
Gameplay: Awesome gameplay, although I found the controls just a bit odd. There is also an action aspect that really makes it cool. My favorite is the arrows you shoot at enemies.
Graphics: Excellent lighting effects and physics, but the framerate from this game really lags it back a notch.
Audio: Good, the ambient effects are good and sounds from stabbing also sound realistic. Even when you hit men in the chest with arrows, they scream, very real if you ask me.
Suggestions: Make another one but please do something about the framerate.
Overall Score: 9.0 / 10

Thing, The
Overall: A SCARY, hard, and fun experience that will suck you right into the story and will never lets you take your eyes from th screen until you beat it.
Gameplay: SCARY, but very hard. The controls, in my opinion, are not hard to master. And the gory, compelling story is excellent.
Graphics: Not quite up to par with Xbox, but I bet that PS2 owners would be pleased with it's appeal. The strong part about it is the weather effects. The snow looks excellent.
Audio: AWESOME!! The sounds of the wind blowing and your other squad mates throwing up everywhere is cool and scary at times.
Suggestions: Make some kind of sequel and other weapons.
Overall Score: 9.0 / 10

Cabela's Dangerous Hunts
Overall: A fun, very tense and realistic hunting game that takes hunting to another level and really makes you not want to pull your finger off the controller.
Gameplay: Realistic and fun. The guns and equipment are real and I actually use some of the things used in the game while I'm hunting.
Graphics: Excellent, the guns look real, the enviroments are convincing, the gun models look real, and there is also cool physics for when you nail buck or a bear.
Audio: Great, the sounds of bears and wolves really make you know what's happening and going on around you. Guns also sound cool and real.
Suggestions: Please show some more locations that we haven't seen or heard of.
Overall Score: 10.0 / 10

Breakdown
Overall: Fun, very immersive game with things from literally almost every single genre on the planet, and everthing thing you do is in first person, so you can even see your hands and arms climb a latter.
Gameplay: Awesome, every movement you make is done in the first person. Basically, it's like how you move in real life situations. The only downside is the aiming of weapons, it's really hard and misplaced.
Graphics: Nice. Everything is shown here, but the halls are kind of dim and shady. The first person view is carried out quite well, too.
Audio: The weakpoint of the game. I really think the voice acting is bad and the Japanese people talking English is strange.
Suggestions: Make a second one, but not so much sc-fi as this one.
Overall Score: 8.0 / 10

Full Spectrum Warrior
Overall: A strategic and funly addictive tactical shooter that is so real you want to pee yourself. The graphics and sound are excellent and also I'm a physics wierdo, so considering that there is the Havok physics engine used here, I like it, alot.
Gameplay: It's so real don't even know your in the living room. With realistic weapons, cool physics, and awesome military-like moves and commands.
Graphics: The best of any game all year, this is probably my favorite game of 2004 because of the lighting, physics, and smooth character models.
Audio: Awesome, with surround sound you can hear from a bullet zipping past your head to a very loud bird making noises.
Suggestions: Make another one, but this time make it winter in like Bosnia or something.
Overall Score: 10.0 / 10

Red Dead Revolver
Overall: A fun, visually tuned game. With awesome weapons, cool controls and gameplay, this game is certainly a fun experience.
Gameplay: Awesome weapons and cool controls that just flow right along. Although Xbox Live is surely missed, I think all the weapons and cool story will keep you tuned in for the long ride to revenge. The game also lets you be multiple characters which kind of brings varietyto the gameplay.
Graphics: Quite nice, the gritty Old West feeling is in place with saloons and also a nice western backdrop that make you feel like your actually there.
Audio: Not that good. In fact, this is the weakpoint of this game. Bad voice average voice acting, but the guns and explosions have a nice sound.
Suggestions: Include Xbox Live in the sequel.
Overall Score: 8.0 / 10

ESPN NFL Football 2K4
Overall: A fun, very addictive football game that will leave Madden cowering down like a baby. The lush, cool, and smooth visuals make this game a must-buy for all experienced and newbie gamers.
Gameplay: Fun and awesome! The all new First Person Football really cranks this game up a bit. Realistic falls and tackles make it even better to play.
Graphics: Excellent!!! The best of any football game ever! I just wish every football game was this beautiful and excellent.
Audio: Nice, on field chatter, custom soundtracks, and even cool commentary by the announcers. Tackles even sound viscious.
Suggestions: Please make 2K5!!!!
Overall Score: 10.0 / 10

Mafia
Overall: A very fun, high adrenaline, action packed holiday gift that will bring you cool weapons and sound effects.
Gameplay: Fun to explore the big city and roam around. Although not as big as Grand Theft Auto, you will still want to explore.
Graphics: Terrible, very bad textures, bad fire affects, but I will give it points for the cool car physics the game brings.
Audio: Cool Jazz soundtrack and nice gun sounds. Car engines are pretty good, but sometimes bland. Although there is good voice acting, there can sometimes be spotty dialogue.
Suggestions: Have a better graphics engine, plus ragdoll physics.
Overall Score: 7.0 / 10

MX Unleashed
Overall: A fun, awesome game that will never get your eyes away from the screen. I think the physics in this game are by far the best in any game. If you have read any of my reviews, you should know that I'm a physics mogul.
Gameplay: Wow, what an awesome game this thing is. With off the walls career mode and an excellent open-ended free ride mode which makes me have sore fingers for weeks. Plus tons of cool vehicles to get and have fun in.
Graphics: Good, not the best I've seen, but it still has a good framerate and awesome physics for you physics junkies like me.
Audio: Great engine noises and sounds, cool sounds when you crumble your body on the ground. Nice plane noises for when your piloting a small plane.
Suggestions: Make a sequel with online play. Xbox Live was sorely missed.
Overall Score: 10.0 / 10

ToCA Race Driver 2: The Ultimate Racing Simulator
Overall: A very hard game that may become addictive to some, but not for me. This game really makes me mad at times. I almost broke my controller over this pain in the neck.
Gameplay: Bad, you can't even unlock some things, very, very, dumb if you ask me about it. Maybe if they would actually include cool cars, the game could have a chance.
Graphics: The only good part about this game is the graphics, they are almost as good as a good game is. Such as Burnout 2. Just to name a good RACER.
Audio: WEAK. Engines sound like a remote controlled car from Radioshack. When you hit a wall, it sounds like a pencil hitting the floor.
Suggestions: Don't make anything else.
Overall Score: 2.0 / 10
|
 |
Grand Theft Auto: Double Pack
Overall: A fun, gory, highly addictive double pack that just makes you never want to stop playing. With lots of cool things to do.
Gameplay: Oh, gees, I think I'm going to have to use 100 pages to describe every single thing you can do.Just put it this way, it's good.
Graphics: Not very good at all, but increased textures and framerate from the old PS2 version. Like that other guy said, terrible draw distance.
Audio: Ok, I guess, it surely won't win any awards for it though. The thing that could use some work is the sounds and pitches of guns.
Suggestions: Just make the graphics better.
Overall Score: 10.0 / 10
|
 |
Freedom Fighters
Overall: A fun, highly addictive shooter that will suck you right in to the story and keep on giving you surprises.
Gameplay: Very cool, although you are limited to only a couple of primary weapons throughout the game. But awesome squad control makes up for it.
Graphics: Nice. There is the same physics in the Hitman series, which makes it cool, but there is clipping, though. There is also some cool weapon effects, too. The weather looks cool also.
Audio: Excellent sound found here. The guns all sound realistic. And the sounds of Russians screaming is cool although a little generic at times.
Suggestions: Do us all a favor and make a sequel to help us live!
Overall Score: 9.0 / 10
|
 |
Future Tactics: The Uprising
Overall: A wierd, srtange game that puts you in the shoes of some dudes trying to stop aliens, very very very stupid
Gameplay: The only cool part about the gameplay is there is destructible enviroments. Everything else either as no point, or is dumb.
Graphics: Terrible! Bad framerate, bad graphics, strange animations, everything is wrong with this game. There needs to be something done.
Audio: Of course, bad strange and freaky noises are heard from the messed up aliens. Terrible voice acting by the people making this game.
Suggestions: Do me a favor, read the review up there please.
Overall Score: 2.0 / 10

Counter-Strike
Overall: A very nice game, but it could still use a little work in the visuals side. Alot of cool guns to go around blasting dudes up.
Gameplay: Cool, very cool. Nice guns, cool Xbox Live addition. Nice addition to the equipment, such as smoke grenades and stuff.
Graphics: Not good at all, in fact this is the weakpoint of the whole entire game. Ugly death animations, but nice muzzle flare.
Audio: Very awesome, cool gun sounds, good voice communications on Xbox Live. Footsteps are heard, Any kind of sound is made.
Suggestions: Find more weapons to put in the game, but otherwise good overall.
Overall Score: 8.0 / 10

Mission: Impossible: Operation Surma
Overall: This is an excellent game with plenty of tense moments that'll just keep coming, especially when you proceed through the later missions.
Gameplay: One word, AWESOME you can do anything. Such as multiple ways to complete an objective, awesome gadgets, cool weapons, anything you name, it probably has it.
Graphics: Quite nice, nice indeed, especially cool in HDTV. But the framerate is a little shoddy at times, but it's worth the while to drool at them.
Audio: Nice sound, although the guards sound freaky sometimes. Otherwise good sound. Also supports Dolby Digital 5.1.
Suggestions: Make another one please! The only thing is, have at least 2 or 3 more weapons.
Overall Score: 9.0 / 10
|
 |
Hitman: Contracts
Overall: Hitman Contracts is the best Hitman so far, with excellent graphics, off the wall interaction, and cool physics. See how much I liked it below!
Gameplay: Almost the same, but I like the weapons better. The open-ended gameplay really keeps an already excellent game up to par.
Graphics: The best in any Hitman so far. With graphics you could eat off of. Wonderful weather effects, especially the nice snow in the Siberian level.
Audio: Very nice, gun shots really sound realistic, and sounds of blood splattering on the wall really sound cool and realistic. Nice musical score, too.
Suggestions: Make another one, and just to tell you, you guys did good on this one.
Overall Score: 9.0 / 10
