Elder Scrolls III : Morrowind
Overall: You will definitely love this game if u like RPG games. Otherwise, you might be quite disappointet. The game will last you for hours and hours of gameplay and the actual gameplay is very much addicting. From stealing things to battling, you are always pulled into the gameplay. There is only one thing i found quite disappointed in was the framerate. It isn't HORRIBLE but it is kind of bad. It makes ME dizzy at some times, but thats me. Overall, this game is a MUST HAVE for RPG fans.Also might I add, if you are a DIABLO II fan, then THIS GAME IS FOR YOU!!!!!
Gameplay: Ok, so the fighting is quite dull and repetitive.
But the variety of weapons keep you occupied, along with the armor and things you can steal. You can practically do anything. And doing the quests isn't even required to play. You can explore the whole map [HUGE] without even doing the quests. In Azurik, certain powers were required to move on. You can take on the quests at ANY time. I reccomend just leveling a bit. The good part is that EVERYTHING you do affects your character, that includes walking and jumping. If you run a lot, then your speed will increase.
Graphics: Ok, the framerate sucks.
But the visual graphics are amazing. When I saw the water, I could not get my eyes off of it. The weapons also have good detail. Usually when I play other RPGs, i look at a short sword and think, "ARGH! Never will I use that." But in MorrowinD, the short swords actually look like things you WANT to use. You can also customize the looks of your character: Head, Gender, Face. The actual body and feet are customized by the armor you use. Get good armor and you will look like a king.
Audio: Ok, so the swords sound crappy.
But the music...gosh...the music. Its really hard to describe. The soundtrack for MorrowinD is very good for the game. Also, the NPC [town characters] talk to you if you go near them. If you want them to talk more, you have to activate them. Some parts of the game though require lots of reading.
Suggestions: Please fix the framerate.
I am getting dizzy.
