Nascar Thunder 2004
Overall: If you are a NASCAR fan, of course, every year you must get the newest version. For the casual gamer, is this version for you? Maybe. The addition of the grudges/alliances is by far the biggest improvement. Also added to the '04, sort of a "NASCAR 101", I assume to help those not necessarily familiar with certain aspects of the sport. This verison is by far the best, and probably one of the more difficult to date. Win at Daytona, but perhaps bumped someone too hard? They may come looking for you next week at Rockingham. I like this addition to the game, but sometimes the AI really goes out of their way to ruin a good run you might have.
Gameplay: Gee, let's see....you set-up your car, practice with the settings chosen, you qualify, then race. Not too hard, huh?
If you're not a NASCAR fan, don't buy this game. Its not easy to win a race, on any setting.
Graphics: If only the graphics were as nice as the Papy (PC) version...
Nothing too spectacular here. I have seen some framerate loss, kinda disappointing. Watching the sun set, fade into darkness is cool though.
Audio: BORING! Doesn't anyone at EA know how to reproduce the sound of an 800-HP engine? Crashes sound nice.
Suggestions: LIVE LIVE LIVE!!!!

Improve the sounds, make them more realistic. Learn how to use the visual power of the XBOX.

Midnight Club 2
Overall: personally, i prefer more simulation in racing games, but this game is rather addictive once you get going. the addition of LIVE should make this game have loads of playability. running over pedestrians never gets old either.
Gameplay: first few races are pretty easy to win a new ride, though they get a bit harder as you go along. controls are easy to get used to.
Graphics: eye-candy-licious! i even saw a porta-potty on one corner!!! ever seen that in a game before? i've only driven in LA so far, but the city is enormous. sending an opponent into a gas pump and watching them explode is a blast. my front bumper got knocked off, went flying down the road and knocked over a few poor saps walking on the street! cars are very nicely done. would like in 'in-car' camera view though...
Audio: i usually turn off the music while racing NASCAR, but left in on for this title, seems ok, nothing too spectacular. no custom soundtracks? you get a lower score for that fellas...
Suggestions: BLOOD! after hitting pedestrians, i wanna see blood! some d/l content would be nice. custom soundtracks. new cars and driving locations are always welcome.

Big Mutha Truckers
Overall: didn't really know what to expect, but for $20, it's was worth taking a chance. overall, good semi-mindless entertainment, most fun @ 4:20 pm...no one else has this game???
Gameplay: think its easy to drive an 18-wheeler through mountain passes while being chased by cops and bikers? and still deliver your goods on time? that's really the basis for what you've got to accomplish. and at the 'store', you gotta buy new loads at a decent price. it also helps to pay attention to the ticker at the bottom, sometimes you may get a good tip as to what city needs a certain item = a huge payday.
Graphics: nothing too fancy here. you can change logos and colors of your rig. or be really wacky and draw your own!
Audio: several different radio stations play music + supports custom tracks!does a louder air-horn make people move out of the way faster?
Suggestions: live would be a nice addition.
