A New Developer in Town

Some former employees of Midway have put together a new development studio called Swinging Ape Studios, with plans on making games for next-gen consoles. If you have seen their site and clicked around you would have seen in their job-listings that the Xbox and PS2 are the two main platforms that are targeting right now. The brains behind this new firm are Steve Ranck, Mike Starich, and Scott Goffman, who previously work on some Midway titles such as Hydro Thunder and Cruis’n 64, among others.

As of right now, no info from Swinging Ape has been released to what projects they are currently working on.
