Good news for Xbox in Japan
Bloomberg is reporting that Microsoft has plans to have as many as 18 Japanese titles finished when the Xbox launches. The director of Microsoft’s Japan unit, Hirohisa Ohura, let the cat out of the bag, by telling reporters that the Xbox’s launch lineup will contain fighting games, car-racing games and sports games developed by Konami and a few other developers. The software maker is also trying to get as many as 100 game developers and other staff in Japan by June to help develop its own games. This coming up Tuesday, Microsoft executives sat down and talked in Tokyo with about 500 game makers from some 200 Japanese software design companies.Source: http://www.dailyradar.com/
