Black Hawk Down Targets Summer

April 22, 2005 - NovaLogic sent along a brief announcement Friday that the Xbox version of Delta Force - Black Hawk Down will arrive early this summer, rather than the May release previously expected. The company does not have a specific release date yet, but intends to announce one soon.

Based on the PC version, Black Hawk Down is being revamped specifically for the Xbox. The highlight of the title is its Xbox Live support: including team support, stats, voice chat, messaging, matchmaking and more. In addition to games of up to 50 players online, Black Hawk Down also supports eight multiplayer game types over a variety of different environments, as well as four-player split screen co-op and Xbox communicator headset support.
