THQ did lost rights DS version in the settlement, though Nintendo released Tetris DS as a first-party title earlier this year. According to the financial statement released by THQ the settlement had been reached at the end of 2005. Under its terms THQ may publish a version of Tetris for the Xbox 360 in territories outside of Japan. Further details on a planned release date or whether Tetris for the 360 will be an Xbox Live Arcade game were yet to be determined.
