SpongeBob Underpants Slam! on XBLA Next Wednesday
A special bundle of holiday cheer in the form of SpongeBob SquarePants Underpants Slam!, is coming exclusively to Xbox Live Arcade on Wednesday, the 26th of December. As you might have guessed the game is based on Nickelodeon’s oddly popular cartoon series and showcases a roster of characters from the show that includes Patrick, Mr. Krabs, Sandy Cheeks and Plankton. Underpants Slam! is touted as a slap-happy side-scrolling extravaganza in which King Neptune has misplaced a load of laundry and SpongeBob and his gaggle of friends must help him track it all down by searching through several of the recognizable locations from the show.SpongeBob fans can look forward to collecting all 99 pairs of Neptune’s bloomers in order to complete the game in Quest Mode or break it up a bit with Time Attack Mode. You’ll also be able to play with up to three friends on Xbox Live in Slam Mode or gallivant around Tag Mode over at Bikini Bottom.
Look out for SpongeBob SquarePants underpants Slam! on December 26 on Xbox Live Arcade for a cost of 800 Microsoft Points.
