Ah, First Person shooters certainly hold dear to my heart and Timesplitters 2 is definately a welcomed FPS for the XBox. If you're getting bored with Halo (if that were possible) or don't have XBox Live, I strongly recommend picking up or checking out this game. Everything about this game screams quality and for an FPS, it is at the top of it's class."

Manhunter
Date reviewed: December 7, 2004.

Overall: This game could have been so good,
instead it is a really lame game with too
many flaws. First, not enough
checkpoints. If you die, it sends you way
back, so it's not even worth it. Gets
repetitive when you have to redo half the
level. Second, give us more ammo! My
friend and I played co-op and kept
running out of ammo halfway through the
levels. Third, give us more health. We
played on difficult and it got hard
to stay alive with only one or two health
packets in the whole level.
Gameplay: Similar to Halo, with a great co-op story
mode (more games need this). The
problem is that the story barely ties
together, the difficulty is too hard
(see above) and the "easy" difficultly is too
easy. This game introduced duel-wielding
long before Halo 2. Unfortunately the
game is nauseating due to linear
movement and annoying sound effects.
Graphics: Visuals aren't that good, but what do you
expect in a cheap knock-off like this? If
the gameplay was better, this would still
be a decent game. The visuals are
adequate.
Sound: The worst part of the game. Just try
running through the Tokyo level with the
alarm blaring non-stop and try not to
vomit. The alarms are the worst aspect of
the sound, but the cheap Halo-wannabe
music and the bad sound effects are also
lame. TimeSplitters 3 better have better
sound, more checkpoints, more health,
and more ammo. This could have been a
cool game if they fixed all of those things.
And a better story of course.
Suggestions: Get rid of that annoying alarm sound.
Made me sick to my stomach after five
minutes of that stuff.

Overall: good gameplay arguably the best game since HALO yah man, but could get better . it really could come to think about it ,its still awesome.
Gameplay: the game play went a tiny bit down on my part takes more thought then halo but the bot support in multiplayer is awesome and the levle editor man check it out!!!
Graphics: really good graphics with the levels pretty great but can always get better . the bad zombie dudes look cool!!!
Sound: good sound again can get better but its non stop distant shoots and yells in multiplayer bots i ,mean there the part that puts halo looking like poor material [halo still better though] .
Suggestions: well.... make the next one match halo ... if you can , but i still enjoyed this hugely its one of my favorites!!!!

Overall: Although this game has a pretty fun single player, it is the multiplayer that makes this games awesome.
Gameplay: The gameplay on single player sort of mimics james bond and the multiplayer has great challenges to get better and more fun modes.
Graphics: The graphics in this game are a little bit fuzzy but they still give you a great 3d look into the game.
Sound: The sound in this game is very good. The sound of bullets hitting the body is ever so satisfying. The gunfire is also great.
Suggestions: Try and improve the graphics a little for the next game. give blood plz also.

Overall: Tis game isn't the greatest in alot of departments but it has to be one of teh funnest games i have played. Lots of character and teh levels through time were really fun and cool. Lots of challenges. I don't think i will ever totally finish this game there are so many things to do and it gets challenging.
Gameplay: Gameplay was so fun in multiplayer and single awsome. Wish there were more weapons i liked it alot but could of been alittle better. Smarter A.I. and more emersed levels and atmosphere.
Graphics: Visuals sort of sucked but i liked teh way everything looked going through history and in teh future. Make smoother animation but love the zombies.
Sound: I loved teh sound when you hit the head of a zombie or hit a person not realistic but very saticfying.
Suggestions: Make another but with online play and it will be a hit but make better sound and graphics and more levels. I loved this game.

Overall: Incredibly fun but challenging game. It has a great single player game which includes a story mode and an arcade mode that is basically a large number of individual missions. I keep coming back to this game striving to unlock everything. As cool as the single player game is sometimes it can be so friggin hard I've wanted to throw my controller right out the window. The multiplayer game is great fun with 4 or more people and can be system linked for 16 player mayhem. They even included a mapmaker which should extend the longevity of this title on top of the already good selection of maps available.
Gameplay: The gameplay takes some getting use to. As far as aiming goes you can switch between two modes: normal which has no reticule for aiming and the second mode brings up the reticule and allows for precise aiming and zooming using a spring-look system that drives me crazy and is really only effective for sniping.
Don't get me wrong though, once you get accustomed to aiming without a reticule its a blast!
Graphics: The graphics are done very well and have a cartoon theme to them. Xbox quality the graphics are not but what do you expect from a game that was ported from the PS2. The framerate runs silky smooth no matter how much chaos is taking place on the screen. The characters some a great deal of detail in them.
Sound: The sound effects and character voices are great and the music is actually good for most of the levels. You can't use your own soundtracks though.
Suggestions: The ability to use our soundtracks. Online play, content download, and online map sharing ability for the next version.

Overall: This game is a ton of fun. The missions are varied, the characters are plentiful, there is a perfect mix of thinking vs. whoopin' ass, it has a map maker. Great game all the way around. With arcade, story, and a killer multi-player, I can't imagine ever putting this title permanently on the shelf, there is always something more to get out of it.
Gameplay: Again, missions and environments are varied enough to keep you engaged and the challenges are a great mix of 'figure out where the hell to go' as well as 'figure out how to get out with you butt in one piece.' Tons of stuff to do aside from story mode. The arcade leagues are TONS of fun all by themselves. And multi-player...dare I say it...it is better than Halo...now, calm down, no this game can not lick the dust off MChief's boots, but in a vac !&%$@#* e (that is vak-yume, the naughty word filter doesn't like c-u-m apparently), the multi-player in TS2 ownz. With bots and custom maps, system-link and TONS of characters, it is the apex multi-player XBox title IMOHO.
Graphics: Very stylisitic. A lot of people don't like the graphics, but I kinda like them. Realistic is not always better, and I feel the entire game has a steady 'feel' and the graphics compliment it perfectly.
Sound: Nothing great, nothing horrible. The fact that nothing stands out in my mind is both good and bad I suppose, depending on how you look at it.
Suggestions: Bring on 3!

Overall: This is one of the best multiplayer games available. From the moment you get this baby and pop it in, you will be stuck. It has some pretty solid options. You have the Story mode which will hold down just a little bit of your time, Arcade League, Arcade Custom, and a few others. The Arcade Custom is what you'll be spending a majority of your time playing. Everytime me and my friends get together, we say we are gonna play a quick game of Timespliters 2, but it ends up into about 10 games. This is so addicting. I dont know what it is about it, but you will end up playing this game longer than you thought you would as soon as you invite friends over. There is a slew of multiplayer games and boards to keep you busy. Get this game if you are looking for a game to keep you busy on the days you dont play Halo.
Gameplay: Best addictive gameplay ever. Where Halo pushes you to play for shear beauty, this pushes you to play for shear fun.
Graphics: Really good character models and characters to choose from. Weapons animate pretty well and body parts get shot off. Sadly though, no blood.
Sound: You won't be paying attention to it when you hear your opponents scream and gunshots. Overall its all good i guess. For some wierd reason i really liked the voices in this game too :)
Suggestions: Make the next one online. And make the map editor a little n00b friendly. ITS HARD!

Overall: Good game, i liked the pace in it and it's a good mix between Unreal championship and halo. It was fun playing it at first but after about 8 houres or so you kind of fell out of it. Especially when i didn't finish the game. The story mode is so uneavenly balanced that you find yourself playing the same levels over and over (notre dame, chicago)
anyway the game gets an overall 3.5 and that will be my first rating at xboxaddict.com!
Gameplay: The gamplay is fast. It takes a while to get used to the controls becaose the kind of "move around" alot, and that adds to both fun and irritation.
The fact that you can't jump really buggs me but i guess i can do nothing about it.
Changing weapons is also a pain becaus its located on the d-pad (uh-noying)
anyway... you buy the game for the skins not the gameplay. a three there.
Graphics: The graphics are impressive but it's not really blasting. It's good that they made alot of diffrent skins so everyone can have a favorite... the lack of levels however is kind of dissapointing.
Sound: here is where the game rally lacks.
There is som good music in the game and it has a good veriety of sounds but you can't get that noisy, grimy, machinegun sound to fill the room. I don't know whats wrong but it's just somehow not enough. just a two here...
Suggestions: focus less on all the gameplaying modes and focus more on the sound and controls.

Overall: This game is an amazing multiplayer game. Alot of characters and maps to choose from. And what i liked about it, is it reminded me of golden eye for NIntendo 64
Gameplay: Alot of fun to play with some buddies or alone. You can play all the maps that are available or you can create your own map with the map maker. The only thing that needs to be fixed is the aiming
Graphics: Well is ok nothing special, so far i havent seen any slow down or anything. In other words it will keep u happy.
Sound:
Guns firing, rockets exploding, your typical fps game. Its good sounds for this kinda game and wont keep you unhappy

Overall: Timesplitters 2 is a fast-paced, run-and-gun FPS. It is really a blast with a few friends, and single player is outstanding but a little on the short side. I really like the game because it offered so much, like Co-op, System Link, Arcade League, and the tons of extras. I am having a great time unlocking the new levels and games for MP and have been for a few months. This is one of the most under-rated games out there now, its just so !&%$@#* fun. If you like Halo, you will probably like this game
Gameplay: This is where the game truely shines. You can play Single-Player, Co-Op, or unlock hundreds of extras in the Arcade League. The single player and co-op has around 10 levels, each of them with objectives. Co-op is a great plus to the game, it is twice as fun with a friend. Then there is the arcade league. You can either play with friends (including system link) or by yourself to unlock extras such as new levels, gametypes, and characters. It is challenging but fun. Multiplayer on system link kicks some serious ass. Most of the levels are large so try to gather as many people as possible. Make sure to unlock new levels and gametypes before though, because it is pretty lackluster with the games they offer you in the beginning.
Graphics: Nothing special in this department really. Graphics are average, but could look better on the Xbox. The framerate almost never drops during multiplayer so that is a plus. The character models look pretty good, though.
Sound: Sounds goes well with the game, hardly could tell its even there in the heat of battle. Maybe they could offer custom soundtracks but oh well.
Suggestions: Longer single player
Better graphics

Overall: Is it just me or is this game an exact copy of Goldeneye for N64. This is the worst game I have played for Xbox. I'm sure that this game was supposed to be originally released for N64.
Gameplay: It sux. No one uses Glodeneye controls, we're all used to Halo and other decent first person shooters.
Graphics: Again N64 graphics. It looks like they tried to make it look realistic, but sadly failed. It's hard to distinguish what something is until you get closer up to it. I could've made better cinematics with Flash Mx.
Sound: The music is lame and gets annoying. Again Goldeneye sounds are used. I know this because I have Goldeneye. The weapons dont really sound realistic, but what can you expect from N64, o wait this game is for Xbox.

Overall: 2 words; "Auto Center". WTF? Who's the rocket scientist that made it mandatory? This game could have rocked. The level editor is awesome. Too bad I can't play on any levels, because the game plays so unebelievably poorly.
Gameplay: Auto Center. How the heck are you supposed to aim? It's a nightmare. This alone killed the game. Your reticlce is constantly being dragged towards the center of the screen making following a target or pretty much any type precision shot near impossible.
Graphics: Average graphics. I've been generally disappointed with the graphics on every FPS but Halo. You know they can do better. It doesn't have to be Halo, but at least make it so the screens are clear and targets identifiable.
Sound: Blah. Nothing great, nothing offensively poor. It's likely the best aspect of the game, but that isn't saying ,much.
Suggestions: People are picky about their controls in FPS. Please do not do this again. Take your level editor (which was a grand idea) quickly port it over to another title. Improve the graphics a bit, give people options in their control scheme (like no auto center), and make it mainly a multiplayer game for Xbox live. Add ragdoll death physics and you have a winner. It ain't tough.

Overall: Overall this game is superb. Its an amazing FPS that will have you played for hours to finish the game on the hardest difficulty, or to get Platinum on all the Challenges. After this you can't really get bored by all the fun possible multiplayer wise.
Its a great game and not much can be improved.
The map maker is a great feature that allows people to make their own maps, which can work out if your good at designing maps or an architect. By this I am saying it is not hard to use, quite simple really, its getting a design that you like! Its the issue for me.
Overall though only a few FPS games will better this right now. Its a great game and you will have hours of fun on it.

Gameplay: Gameplay wise this game couldn't play any better, except for the looking control which always seem to be up is down and down is up, which never works to well. Overlooking this small detail no one should not like this game, especailly if you like FPS games.
Graphics: Visually this game is a wonder to look at. It has nice areas to play in both single player and multiplayer, and the countless number of characters and enemies all look uniquely astounding. Obviously there are better looking games, but they are a minority, and this game looks stunning and is wonderous to look at.
Sound: Audio on this game is great, as most of the other game is. Noises really do give you the feeling your really there blowing heads of zombies. Music wise it is OK, atmospheric music lifts the atmosphere and adds a great new level of enjoyment.

Overall: Well after Halo, this is the game you must own (it's only 19,99 now) if you are into FPS genre. The first was only on PS2 but now they bring the sequel to the green machine with a bunch of new stuffs. Game on !!
Gameplay: Well, this game is worthy when you talk about replay value. There are tons of characters, multiplayer maps, guns and other stuffs for you to discover (or should i say unlock ?) during your run over the game. AI of your opponents are somewhat like you play with real human, they are some kind really smart. If is not enough, then bring some friends and burn them on multiplayer mode.
Graphics: Visuals are far from the best looking like Halo. Seems like Eidos want it to be a little on the side of cartoon character.
Sound: Music is what i like in this game, it's really intense. Some are extremely cool to hear. By the way, the sound of the silent pistol is what i like the most to hear, don't know why but feel addict to it. :P

Overall: A good game, but not too good. It was one of the best first-person shooters of last year, but not the best, in my opinion. The visuals are not too good and sound isn't either. The game is impressively polished and gameplay is impressive too. Time Splitters 2 is a sci-fi type game set in the future. If you liked Goldeneye for N64 then you will like this game. I enjoyed it for a short while, but as a first-person shooter, it is much worse than Halo. Eidos did a satisfying job, but not one that was too good. Anyway, the game is good and enjoyable, but not perfect. Worth a rent or a play, but buy it only if you're a first-person shooter maniac.
Gameplay: Gameplay is solid and well layed out. There is a wide range of enemies, as well as weapons. The levels are also impressive. The best thing about the game is probably multiplayer, which is addictive and fun. However, the game was so much like Goldeneye, that for a moment I thought I was playing on an N64. Goldeneye was great, but that was a whole other thing. But the controls are simple and adjustable. The game can get difficult and frusturating sometimes. Overall, gameplay is the best part of the game even though it may not be perfect...because Halo is perfect...and everybody knows that.
Graphics: The visuals are good for a first-person shooter but not good for Xbox. There isn't enough detail, even though the game is polished, but it seems to have been polished too early. The Xbox has been used to its full power. The levels do have good environments and modelling is somewhat impressive. The animations and cinematics are probably the greatest part of the visuals. But the visuals are still somewhat weak.
Sound: Sound is so and so. Some good sound effects, such as guns and environmental sounds. Voices are okay too. The music is fair, but sometimes its at the wrong moment and its a bit weak at the edges. Once again, I'm thinking of Halo...and all that dynamic academy-award winning music. Oh, well.
Suggestions: Eidos should work on adding more detail into the visuals and getting more music and sound effects. Gameplay is good, but they shouldn't have made it so similar to Goldeneye. Otherwise, Eidos did a fair job and its good that this game came onto Xbox. With Xbox LIVE online play, many more people would like it.

Overall: Purchasing several launch PS2 titles, the only one I found myself coming back to other than Madden was Timesplitters. It just had so much to offer. From co-op play, to the level editor, and 12 (or was it 16?) bots in multiplayer. And once you beat the game to unlock the challenge mode, there was just so much more to unlock. TS2 has all these features just like its predecessor and although defintely not the best FPS, gameplay is fast as hell the and the game stays at a rocks-solid 60fps. I recommend renting this first to see if this is your cup-o-tea.
Gameplay: First off, no Xbox Live support. Not a huge bummer. System link support is in, but defintely isn't as fun as I thought it would be.

The single player story consists of traveling to differemt areas in different time periods to collect these green shards. To be honest the story isn't that strong but at least there is one as TS1 didn't have a story at all. The first mission is amazing. You start off with a sniper rifle and a silenced pistol and this radar computer type thing. First thing I wanted to see is if the computer responds to each bullet (i.e. shoot in the arm he clutches it, shoot'em in the head he flies back) and for the most part they do. however, I don't recall ever falling upon an enemy gimping after being shot in the leg like you would see in a game like SOFII. The first automatic you come across is like AFK7 Soviet you'd find in Goldeneye except with a grenade launcher attached to it. very nice :D . It's nice having explosive weapons on the first levell insated of having to progress through 3-4 to get more powerful weapons. To sum up Siberia, you retrive a disc, activate the zombies which you must shoot their heads off, get a flamethrower, and end up on the top of the dam in a tureet gun bullets and missles at a helicopter. Overall, the best first board I've played in a FPS and sadly the best board in TS2.

You can still unlock tons of stuff just like the orignal. There is a challenge mode where you play to get gold silver or bronze trophies accomplishing the obbjective. Ranging from breaking all the windows to running away from the people who are on fire or killing all the midgets. You are awarded with new modes, new characters, and probably new levels (though I think those are unlocked in the story mode). What I really appreciate about TS2 is when you make a user name, it keeps track of your stats. Shots fired, times hit, accuracy etc. It's nice to keep track of how good (or bad) you do.

Multiplayer is kind of a mixed bag. You can only have 12 bots. Though that is a lot, I swear in TS1 there was more or the same amount of bots. In a fats paced game like this where you respawn almost instantly, the more the merrier. Also with system link, NO BOTS! I was rather disappointed and honestly got no joy out of it. Split-screen was fun as hell though. Me and 5 of my friends did 4 player deathmatches against 12 bots and whoever got the worst place gave up the controller. Then we decided to do a 2 v. 2 team round robin. I was stuck with the worst player in the room but we did manage to go on a 6 game winning streak at the end. The reason why you can do 2 v. 2 without bots is you can quickly run and find the other player and games end much quicker than say a 2 v. 2 deathmatch at Sidewinder or even a small board like Battle Creek. Overall, system link coulda been better but none the less split-screen is still fun as hell.
Graphics: This is a multi-console game and compared ot the PS2 version I thought it looked much better on Xbox. However, nothing really stellar. Character models, enviroments, explosions, etc. are all good but not amazing. Not much you can ask for a multi-console game though.
Sound: Music is good for the fast paced frentic gameplay going on. Gun sounds effects are loud which is nice since some games have gun sound effects way too quiet. The onyl tihg that's kinda weak are explosions. Could be just me. And I just rearranged my room so my surround system isn't hooked up so I don't know if this has Dolby Surround support or not.
Suggestions: Bots in system link play, maybe co-op system link, lots of new stuff to unlock just to keep things fresh, and how bout making a Chinese2?

Overall: I played the first one up PS2, and I liked its style. When I heard this was coming out, I got really excited. But then I heard no online play, and I thought that a FPS without online play was not worth it unless it was a really good game. This, is not a really good game, but its not bad either. The actual story doesnt really make sense or flow at all. But the gameplay is fast, and the extra modes of this game make it very worth while!
Gameplay: The gameplay is fast like Unreal, but the controls of this game are kind of different than most FPS. The game's difficulty is somewhat inconsistent. Some levels are super easy, while two levels in the game are very hard. The game features co op play, a map maker, and lots of this mini game modes to keep you busy. The split screen mode also has system link, and it has bots! This game is very fun to play with friends.
Graphics: Ok, like Unreal, this game is nothing to rave or marvel at. Its just, well, mediocre is the word for it. They really need to revamp the graphics and make this game beautiful! But the enviorments are pretty cool.
Sound: Ahh, the sound, well, like the graphics, its just mediorce. The voice acting is just laughable at how bad it is, and nothing really stands out at all in the background.
Suggestions: This game is missing all the bells and whistles. Give the game's graphics a complete face lift, and same with the sound. Also, in the 3rd edition(if there is one) add online play because that would make this game get much more press!

Overall: To me, the best feature of this game is it's easy learning curve...well, for people who have played a lot of first person shooting games. Even then, you aim and shoot...not much to it. I love the way each level is a different time period with weapons suited to that place and era (kind of)...I wanted to keep playing just to see what the next level would be. I think the fact that the girlfriend of the guy I was playing co-op with seemed just as caught up in the game as us says a lot.
Gameplay: Again, easy learning curve allowed me to get into the game quickly. The controls were fairly consistent with other 1st person shooters (Nightfire, Halo, etc.), so fans of this genre will feel comfortable. If you're not a fan of the genre, then I don't think I could say anything to please you anyway.
Graphics: Graphics were wonderful. No one has quite reached Halo status for me, so that's why the half-point knockoff. Call me sentimental for the classics. I'll repeat, however, that having a different time period and location for each level was really cool to see and play through.
Sound: I really wasn't paying attention that much, to be honest. I do remember that the guy I was playing with in co-op mode kept remarking how he liked the soundtrack, as well as his girlfriend while she watched us play. So that nailed it for me.
Suggestions: Putting out a fire to open a door? That was a little odd, but ok, at least the game was awesome. So no suggestions really, just don't mess with a good thing if there's ever a TimeSplitters 3...work on the graphics (this goes out to all game graphics people...the people are still kind of blocky) and just have different time periods...that's the main appeal of the game in my opinion.

Overall: I've heard that this game had production work form the same team as Goldeneye. While I don't remember the details, that was enough for me to give a look. I wanted a good multiplayer shooter, and I liked the idea of variety with the different historical epochs involved. It's a very stylish game, and the multiplayer lives up to the hype. I don't know anything quite like it on the Xbox. However, the interface isn't Halo and by no means flawless like every great shooter should be. The single story is also underdone and deserved a bit more attention.
Gameplay: Multiplayer is what it's all about, and I feel this game delivers. No other 3D shooter game available is as fun to run around and shoot your friends with (okay, I don't play Unreal so maybe I'm wrong). I love the different weapons and characters to unlock in this game, and the depth involved is really impressive. However, they should have given a bit more of it to the the single player story which is feeble and doesn't add much to the enjoyment. Which is too bad, given the different settings and time frames it could have been something special. Some of the individual challenges are actually more of a worthwhile investment than the single player game. Actually, their necessary to get the goodies.

All that being said, the only thing that really rubs me wrong about this game is the aiming, shooting, etc interface. If you play Halo and then take this title on your going to be all over place. The two thumb sticks never seem to jive quite right and this definitely gets in the way of the gaming environment. While this game gives so much for the buck, this irritant is almost unforgivable to me even though it's not...unplayable by any means.
Graphics: Nice! Not mind-blowing, but well rendered diverse environments that would be worth exploring if they were a bit more expansive. I had no problems or complaints about the rendering of arena combat. Here come the fire monkeys!
Sound: Good effects, but nothing that stands out to memory. You expect a certain tightness of logic and bang-bang sound to a game, and if it gives you that well and doesn't annoy you with it's music you don't complain
Suggestions: Great value, worthwhile unlockables. One of my favorite multiplayers. However, throw the single player a bone! Too good an environment to waste on a short shrift tale. Also, tighten up the shooting interface. Steal Halo's engine!

Overall: the first thing that i said the first time i played this game on a demo was that is sucks.it looks like a !&%$@#* ty !&%$@#* remake of james bond golden eye.but i have heard that the demo makes this game look a lot worse than it is so i will give it that.
Gameplay: i never played it long enough to really find out but from the time that i did play i think that i have seen enough.i dont even think that you can change the controls to default i meen the whole !&%$@#* ing time it was inverted and i hate that more than anything.
Graphics: i think that the graphics suck the people look like clay figures.i meen i am the first to say that graphics are not everything because i meen look at grand theft auto those graphics suck but almost everyone likes that game but this game sucks and the graphics are horibble
Sound: Now the sound is the worst of all because i think that they just took the sounds straight from golden eye and put them into this game i meen the alarms are exactly the same.
Suggestions: kill this game off stop making it

Overall: Excellent game, tons of choices for characters and alot more than just the story mode! But you can't jump and theres no vehicles but once your into the game it doesnt bother you that much. One of the best games for xbox! And people were complaining about the controlling???????? Its practically like halo what the he**? Seriously if all of you are such pros then you think you'd learn.
Gameplay: This game has so much to offer, it's multiplayer compares to halos and you get alot more weapons and you can pick which ones to use. There are tons of mini games and challenges to do also which are an extremely nice part about the game, and the story mode is fun with a little bit of humor.
Graphics: Very good, buuuuut maybe not the best ive seen its cool how when you move in the rain it actually splatters on the screen. Goode use of color lol, some people dont like how it has to much of an animated look which i actually like so the visual appeal is controversial. But good overall.
Sound: Pretty good sound plenty of different songs to listen to funny sounds also. I don't really pay attention to sound much, but its not bad.
Suggestions: Hmmmm. Longer story mode. More guns I guess. Able to jump. Vehicles. And spend more time on details on everything and you'll have a game that may be as good as Halo.

Overall: WOW, what a game, a pretty good single or co-operative story mode, and if your not satisfied with that theres all the challenges and arcade league to get into, a really deep game, and then the multiplayer!!
It could literally last forever with all the game modes and levels.
Gameplay: The depth is massive, the controls are easy, fast, wacky addictive fun, youll keep coming back for more even when you have completed the somewhat short story mode.Thers loads to be unlocked from characters to levels and weapons.no slowdown
Graphics: The graphics are wacky but fab. Its really nice to look at even on the levels you make your self. They really set the atmosphere in each level.
Sound: Who cares about the sound, the games great.I dont think ive even taken any notice of the sound the games so superb!would have been nice to add your own sound track mind
Suggestions: Xbox live and make a time splitters 3 which is as big as Halo!

Overall: At first this game seemed fun cause it was alot like goldeneye. After i played it for awhile i realized that it kinda sucked. The overall gameplay didn't have much of a point, and the levels were short. Most of the objectives didn't seem to have anything to do with anything, i'd venture to say that serious sam had more of a plot.
Gameplay: There is no gameplay appeal for this game. If there is any redeeming feature for this game it would have to be the multiplayer. The multiplayer aspect was descent. But if your buying a game for multiplayer go for halo or unreal.
Graphics: The graphics were actually pretty cool for the most part. The whole game looks really cartoony but it seems to work allright.
Sound: i am not really a sound guy but this game didn't stand out in any way soundwise good or bad. It didn't make any impact soundwise.
Suggestions: change like eveything in the whole game. In fact just make a totally different game.

Overall: Great game, story line constantly changes. I like that in a game because it doesnt get boring really fast.
Gameplay: I have to boo the gameplay a bit, I cannot stand the fact that you cannot jump. Jumping is a key part to first person shooters and this game is definatly missing that aspect.
Graphics: Very nice graphics, this game definatly has lots of potential. They could have done better on some of the maps though.
Sound: Nice sounds, some are anoying after awhile though. But I can get used to them, I really aint a sound person though. I mean sounds to me are helpful, but I aint really picky about them.
Suggestions: Please INCLUDE jumping, you have a nice set of weapons and characters. Also how bout more power-ups?

Overall: Quite a good game, the best multiplayer shooter since the 2 Bond games on the N64, tons to do, The 1 player story mode is a bit bare, but the multiplayer makes up for it.
Gameplay: Tons to keep ya going in Arcade and Challenge modes but the horrible control takes a long time to get used to and is still really crap after ya do get used to it.
Graphics: Looks pretty good, but a bit simple, it looks a bit too cartoonie, but it's not all bad, allthough not a very strong part in the game.
Sound: The sound matches the surroundings beutifully, none of the music is out of place, but a custom-soundtrack would be good in multiplayer.
Suggestions: Better controls, and a less repetative Story mode.

Overall: Timesplitters 2 is definitely one of my favorite games ever. The stroyline is unique the graphics are unique and every part of this game is just something interesting and new. Some of the single players levels are a bit boring but it is pretty good altogether. There also is not that much of a storyline, just a bunch of events all trhough time and you go to that time and solve a problem. The controls also handle very well. Overall a well put together game and i am very happy with my purchase.
Gameplay: The game is amazing. There is all sorts of different environments and tasks so really you get a taste of everything in this game. There are nine worlds and some are definitely better then others but in the end it makes for a pretty good single player experience. There are also like challengle levels where u have to kill like 500 guys to pass or break 20 windows with breaks in 30 seconds so there is lots to do single player. The multiplayer is where this game gets pretty fun. Lots of neat guns and the levels are great also you can put bots into the game and paly along with them so you will never be alone. NOW the biggest thing about this game in my opinion is the map maker. I have been waiting for a game to do this forever. It is not the easiet thing to control but once you get the hang of it it's REALLY neat and you can make single and multiplayer maps. VERY COOL!
Graphics: OK i am no graphic expert for this game but to me it seems they went away from the more realistic approach to a game and made the characters with more character and a little cartoon looking. I THINK IT LOOKS GREAT. Also the textures look really good in this game. I think they did a great job on the graphics in this title. It is something new and i think it would look good on lots of other games as well.
Sound: the music tracks in this game are great! They are catchy and they totally fit the mood depending on the level your on i think they are wicked! The sound effects of bullet blazing by your head, explosions, and yelling are GREAT i really think the sound effects are really well done. The voice acting is also VERY well done and the whole game is in surround sound so that just adds bonus marks.
Suggestions: Just makes the visuals a bit better.. more xbox standards and not ps2 or gcn.

Overall: Oh my god! I can't believe I waste my money on this piece of crap!!! I could have bought some other game. At first I saw the reviews from EGM(Electronics Gaming Monthly) and it receive Silver. I was like "Maybe this is a better game than the first Timesplitter". I was wrong. It's worse! The first game is much better than this sequel, regardless to the single player mode. If you like games like this, I think you should wait until Perfect Dark Zero comes out or Halo 2.
Gameplay: The controls are OK, but it's way too hard to aim. The single player mode made me feel sick. I won't survive for another second playing this crap! I was bored to death!!!
Graphics: The only thing good about this messed up game is the visuals. That's all I can talk about in this field.
Sound: Good sounds with bad music...that's worse than no sounds at all! The character sounds all messed up.
