Overall: Overall i hate this game. it says 40 cars to choose from but there is 5 of the same car. So there is only about 10 cars in the game which are different. And they are all not equal. Slight differences in cars i don't mind but there is one car (Skyline) which is far far above the rest and the only fast playable car which will cause everyone online to use the exact same car. There are fast cars but not as fast and the control is outrageous. Also, the big part of this game is customizing your car and there is almost nothing visually that you are able to do. This is a terrible game and can be beaten in 2 days only. Gameplay: Terrible gameplay. One car can be controlled at high speeds while the rest are nearly impossible to compete with. In manual the gears on the control are beside eachother instead of ontop of one another which can be confusing at times and i see no point in why they would do that. Online it is ok with no lag but the pink slip aspect of the game is pointless when people use memory packs and have no fear of losing their cars. So, that being the big new online game mode is really irrelevant. Graphics: Visually it looks decent. Nice environment and cars are fairly smooth. But, you can't personalize ANYTHING on the car except the rims, color, and can select from maybe 10 vinals for the car. There is only one bodykit for each car which is pathetic as compared to Need for Speed Underground Sound: Sound is pretty. You can hear the speed created by passing cars and the nos they burn. But it still isnt enough to really add to the excitement of the game like some of the other new racing games have.
