"So why was there a marriage between Star Wars and LEGOs? Well, this relationship has been going on for some time. With each Star Wars film, and even when there were no new films, LEGOs have been giving Star Wars fans the chance to make their favorite ships and vehicles out of hundreds of little LEGO pieces."
Overall: This game is cute and it's relaxing to play. Unlike some of the other games where it's frustrating when you die before you can accomplish your mission, here, you are given unlimited lives to live through the Star Wars experience. The game is easy to figure out and fun enough that my girlfriend and I often co-op in missions. Gameplay: The game is really easy to figure out and out of the 1000 buttons on the Xbox controller, only the primary buttons are used. The camera angles sometimes remind of the old Double Dragon but overall the effects and views are nice. Graphics: Visually, the game stays true to its Lego nature and even the Star Wars nature. If someone made a movie out of this setup, it would be very interesting to see. Over all, there really aren't any complaints to the graphics. Sound: The music here is kinda cantina cheesy, but you can't get too serious when you're staring at Lego heroes. The best part about this game is probably the lack of dialogue which means you don't have to hear Jar Jar during this game. Suggestions: Make another one that goes through episodes 4-6. Then before episodes 7-9 can come out, make your game version first. ;0)
Overall: If you love Star Wars and love legos, this is the game for you. I've been a fan of both ever since I can remember. Putting the two together was one of the most ingenious things anyone could ever do. Or so I thought. So now a game? Uh, can someone please hand me a towel? This game has a cute charm and will be a favorite for any gamer at any age. Gameplay: What stands out the most is that the multiplayer engine is entertaining and fun. Even in sinlge player, having to switch characters to perform different tasks makes the game fun and less repetitive. Easy to play but can give you hours of entertainment. Graphics: Everything LEGO. I love to see things explode into smaller pieces of LEGO. Very "realistic" if you can call it that. It stays true to the movie as well as the toy and even adds a hint of humor. Sound: Cartoony to say the least but what can beat Star Wars sound effects and music? The beautiful mixture of Skywalker Sound to deliver yet another masterpiece in the sound department. Suggestions: Keep up the good work!
Overall: This game is able to appeal to people young and old. With a playful nature, and a humour and style that is universal. Gameplay: The game is basic, but at the same time complex. Using the controls is easy enough, but every character is a little different and play differently. Graphics: Beautiful, almost looks better than Lego in real life. Great detail and the lego placement is so believable Sound: The weakest part of the game. Yet, still above average. Basic Star Wars music but little to no duologue Suggestions: This game could of used 4 player action and maybe a little more depth in the audio department.
