Microsoft points/gamerscore question?

This is actually a two part question... I was wondering if the gamerscore I have is the same as my current balance of microsoft points because I have achieved 90 points in perfect dark and my current balance in only 50 and I didn't spend any....is that normal???

And for my second question...is there a easy way to make points becasue like I said I only have 50 points in my current balance and everything is worth like at least 150 points??? HELP ME!!!

gamerscore isnt the same as ms points
you buy ms points

you get gamerscore from games

Gamerscore is awarded by playing games and winning achievements. Gamerscore is shown on your gamercard, and helps people to recognize your skill level, or if you are a Pro, Underground, or Recreation gamer etc.

Microsoft Points are "tokens" let's say that you can buy at stores or buy online. So you would us the MS points for downloading map packages.

Hey guys the Serg mister is back for a short period of time because I will be away for two weeks issued not my controll but just say I will be here in heart.

I dont' really use the MS points myself I just wait for stuff that is free and than I download that. Like the fifa 2006 demo and some of the movie trailers.

The cards are about $20, and the points go down fast! Most of the games on Live Arcade are about 500-1,200 points. :eek:

Geometry Wars is only 400 points and is one of the most fun 2D games ever made. Well worth the $5.
